• Interactions of training do not display when published

  Hello

  I use a Mac with OS OS El Capitan and 9 Captivate.

  I have a project where I have inserted an interaction of training puzzle and can get a preview of the slide, but when I publish it on Chrome or Safari, it does not appear.

  I tried with Virgin and sensitive projects and can get a glimpse at a time but nothing when I publish.

  Any suggestion is appreciated.

  Mac OS has the Apache Web server built in.

  You just have to activate it on your machineand publish the Cp file in a directory in the WWW folder, then you can create a URL based on your IP address, or localhost, to access the course.

• Captivate 8 - Interactions of training have disappeared?

  I am using Captivate 8 on a PC. For a reason that some of my interactions of training have disappeared, more specifically the puzzle and the certificate. Any suggestions? I restarted my computer, but it does not solve the issue. They both worked very well this weekend, but disappeared.

  I need to solve this problem as soon as possible. Please let me know what I can do.

  Hi Edith,.

  Do you know how the Interactions of training are used? When you open the dialog box (with the big button 'Interactions', Interactions of training) you're navigated on a copy of Public Documents: the original training interactions are in the Captivate installation folder, Gallery. You can try this:

  1. Close Captivate
  2. Access to public Documents this way: property C:\Users\Public\Documents\Adobe\eLearning
  3. You will see a folder "Interactions_8_0".
  4. Delete this folder
  5. Captivate reboot, a new copy of the original file will be created

  Can you tell if you see now missing interactions?

  Another way to insert an interaction of training is to use the Insert, Widget menu. Then navigate to the Public folder or in the original folder in the gallery. More about the Interactions of training in my blog: advice - training interaction - Captivate blog

• Flash CC and interactions of training

  Hi guys, I want to spend my Flash CS6 to new version CC 2015 - I excited, how modern and various outputs publication this new version of Flash is. Old technologies are removed and comes again. Perfect.

  - But my Flash CS6 is a part of the e-Learning Suite 6 and this Flash version includes a special library for e-Learning Environment, called Flash training interactions. Is it possible to get Flash learning interactions library and install it as an extension for Flash CC?

  My prefer is Development Action Script 3 basic content and interactions of training would be very useful to create e-learning materials in the new version of Flash. BTW, hope, Adobe will be recontinue Development Action Script 4 and both with WebGL environment for users of Flash together amazing dev, include AIR, HTML5, video and SWF outputs.

• Captivate 8 Windows freezes when inserting the Interactions of training

  Hello, all.

  I'm under Captivate 8 a laptop Windows Pro 8.1 with 8gigs of Ram and an Intel Core i5 processor.

  Whenever I try to insert an Interaction of training - everyone I've tried (except the timer) - it after about 30 seconds of NOTHING happening, the program crashes. I get the 'Windows has stopped responding"and then dialogue"Close program.".

  And Yes, I tried both as an administrator and not. The same problem.

  Someone else has encountered this, and you know a fix?

• Accordion, Interaction of training will not play Audio

  I have Adobe Captivate 9.0.2.421 on a Mac computer. I create a training with audio accordion Interaction in each of the four drop downs. However, when I saw, the sound does not play when you click on a drop down.

  It is possible that I found them here: Adobe Captivate 9--> Gallery---> Interactions.  (see screenshot).

  Only possible formatting is under the custom button. The individual words cannot have another attribute.

  I use tabs interaction of training and I am trying to create an action where an object (outside the interaction of training) is displayed only when the user clicks on all tabs. Is this possible?

  Not with the widget of the default interaction (as far as I know) because there is no way to trigger variable following the user interaction with each tab.

  However, if you build your OWN interaction tab using default Captivate interactive objects such as intelligent form buttons, THEN you can use advanced Actions and Variables to get what you want.

• Captivate 8: training Interactions do not work when the publication of project

  I use Adobe Captivate 8, and I am running a problem using widgets/training interactions.

  I recently created a training module for my work, and when I publish the project, none of my interactions of training work. My project contains:

  Puzzle

  Glossary

  image zoom

  YouTube video

  None of them work, even if everything else on the project works very well. All slides work well when I preview the project in a browser, but when I open the "index.html" file in the output folder (Yes, I extracted everything first. Still not), widgets, just "loading" for a few moments and then fail. The slide loads normally after trying and then displays normally, but with a blank space where the widget should be.

  I use a responsive project in Windows 7 x 64. I open the file in Google Chrome. I tried several PC and no luck. My main theory is that it is because I am running the file "index.html" locally, rather than first host it on the web. I tried upload on Google Drive to test it from there, but I couldn't open. Do you know of any good method web hosting that I could use to test the slides? Or rather, what methods I could take to ensure my content works correctly when I export?

  If you are currently testing this on your hard drive, upload to a server web and test from there instead.

  Hello.  I used 8 Captivate and 3 water slides (updated survey) short answer.  I would use these answers in an interaction of timeline on another slide for the user to review their answers. Is there a way to capture and reuse the answers they typed in the survey on another slide slides?

  You might have used the interaction between the marquee, because there may be an associated variable that will store the content of the text scrolling (up to a maximum number of characters).

• What happened to "integrate Web page" interaction in CP9? I remember it was a huge thing in the version of CP8 but now I can not find.

  It is in the interactions > interactions of training > Web page. Now, he is not there for me. Is there another way to integrate a Web page. We were going to include a form in our courses in order to collect custom data that our LMS will report on. • Adobe Captivate learning widget interactions plays not published not in MP4

  I'm new to Captivate (this is only my third Captivate project) and have created a 9 Captivate presentation which was originally intended to be navigated manually during a discussion.  They loved the presentation so they want to make a video that will automatically play.  The problem that I am running is that the interaction of training widgets I've included work wonderfully in .exe (where they are manually sailed) but does not display the ancillary content when I publish the project in mp4 format.  (the final product must be in mp4 format)

  I don't know miss me some simple editing or sync settings.

  (Please don't tell me that it is impossible that I need to )

  You don't always tell on what "interactions of training" you're talking about? If these are interactions like accordion, tabs, pyramid... you might consider these slides to record while you interact with them, using the video feature of Captivate demo. Such a cpvc-slide can be inserted into a cptx project.

• How can I remove the tabs that I added a Widget of Interaction of learning?

  Hello, I have inserted a widget 'Tabs' Interaction of training into a Captivate 8 project that I'm working on.  Adding tabs is quite easy by simply pressing the button "+".  But when I want to delete a tab, I can't for the life of figure me out how.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!  Thank you
