  We have the MDX formula in dimension of report that is placed in the financial status at end of report column.
  However, for some columns/rows, we found that there is no data in the parent level but no data when I developed the dimension of the report. Or, there's data at the level of the child of the dimension of the report but no data to the level parent dimension of report.
  
  When I check cross by Excel. I can extract the data correct at the parent level and child.
  It seems that there is a problem between the financial report and Essbase EN cannot retrieve the data when I develop the column or row in HTML view.

  Have you had a glance to essbase patch to the latest version (9.3.1.3). I know there have been problems solved with perhaps MDX, it solves the problem that you are experiencing.
  There are also some known problems, it is useful to check the Readme (http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E10530_01/doc/epm.931/esb_93130_readme.pdf)

  for example MDX. When you use MDX, the Parent function does not have the value relative to all required members. The solution is to set an internal configuration option (2 FormulaOptLevel) to disable the optimization (retroreflective) [6589847 (8-648458764)]

  However, because you see in excel and not in EN question can lay elsewhere, but it is always worth checking.

  (2) Firefox sometimes do not redraw little matter what I do. I just had a completely black window, and when I clicked on the close box, a msgbox jumped up, completely black inside, with a title like: "are you sure you want to close? I could not see even the 'yes' and 'No' buttons, and clicking on where they are usually did not work. I ended up closing by pressing the Enter key.

  (3) sometimes these problems are accompanied by a small vestigial micro-fenetre, which has no content, no close button and no control resizing. Is this nothing window with no title, but the title bar is long enough for characters may 20. The last time this happened to me, nothing window had a cursor flashing text inside, but typing had no effect. The only way to get rid of the micro-fenetre is to close every single instance of Firefox and wait about 20 seconds. Then it disappears on its own.   All 3 computers running Norton Security Suite (The E4200 runs a care company, the other two are conducted in free version of Comcast)
  And all 3 computers were connected to a video Displaylink adapter USB (for a 3rd screen) at one time or another, which means that the driver is loaded on all computers, but these problems occur without any external monitor connected at all.
  Everything else is pretty vanilla.

  I get these questions every other day or two and it is really starting to annoy me and make me worried that Firefox is unstable, with me afraid that no matter what unsaved work or even data from my hard drive may be at risk.

  Try turning off hardware acceleration.

  • Tools > Options > advanced > General > Browsing: "use hardware acceleration when available.

  If disable hardware acceleration works then check if there is an update available for your graphics display driver.

  When I started my laptop yesterday, I noticed it was going quite slowly, more there was a message saying that windows could not connect to a specified service.

  As a result my firewall was off tour and I can t connect to the internet. I tried to turn on the firewall, but I couldn't... and today, I tried another connection to inalambric, but I couldn't connect to the internet.

  I checked the registry of the solution and the problem and found it was something related to DHCP and sense.

  But really, I don - t know what causes this problem...

  I searched other forums where people have had the same problem but I could t find any solution apart from reinstalling Vista...

  Can someone help me? Help will be very appreciated!

  What do you mean with SENSE? I never heard tell about.

  I put t know what are the causes of the problem too but did you look in Event Viewer? Sometimes, it's really useful.

• Input series table 2D Element replacement and re - initialize the problem

  I have a project with data from a microcontroller PIC18f is the streaming of data via USB.  Incoming data in LabVIEW are delineated in a way and replaces a line in a table of data of 9 x 6.

  The issue I'm having is that every line I want to update, updates correctly, but all other lines re - initialize to zero where I like to keep all previous data in the other lines in addition to the line newly updated. The reason why I update to each line, it is that the serial data from my microcontroller have a max buffer size it broadcasts in LabVIEW with certain delimiters that will recognize for each row/column and update the data in the corresponding cell of the program in LabVIEW (but he does by deleting also all other entries which is not what I want!).

  I use the registers at offset and the problem still persists.  Attached is my code and to emulate my series string driveway, I copied and pasted my data series are lower.  So all he must do is to change between the different channels in the "chain Indicator (display Hex) of entry that the program is running.

  Try the attached VI.  I think that the while loop loops for each row (?)  If so, you need a set longer shift registers at the border of the while loop.

• Display driver stopped responding and has recovered the problem

  I got a Dell Inspiron M5040 with Windows 7 for Christmas 2011 and I started to use Windows Live Movie Maker, but whenever I get in the middle of editing a video, the screen went black for about a second and says "display driver stopped responding and recovered." The first time this error message has occurred, the laptop computer itself restarted and is went to a blue screen with the text, telling me to go into some sort of 'safe mode' (I couldn't read the text in time). I have all the latest drivers, my laptop is new, only yesterday lit.

  What can I do about it? I really want to use Movie Maker. I'm new to the Forum, so I hope someone help me. Thank you very much. Any help is appreciated.

  What you see is called the action process.in TDR (Timeout, recovery of the display).

  In earlier versions of windows when the display device ran out of resources throughout the system would stop responding which would require a reboot to recover.

  In Windows 7, if the display device is not responding, the system will try to stop and restart the device to recover.

  The most common reason for this problem is that the display device is overloaded or used beyond its capabilities.

  This happens more often when reading graphic intensive games, but can occur with any process that uses a large amount of graphic resources, such as you see when you edit or create videos.

  What you can do to avoid these problems:

  1. only this type of procedure when the laptop is connected to a source ca.

  2. in prior to starting video editing, restart the computer.

  3. close all other running programs to ensure that all graphics resources are available for video editing.
