It turned out to be very simple - I used the full version (I bought cs6 in Polish), I installed the trial in English to all upgrade to the full version (after getting my series by email from adobe) I did not know that I have to install once again in Polish. Besides-, it would be VERY HELPFUL if adobe users could change the language of the program AFTER the INSTALLATION. I made a mistake by buying the Polish version and now I have to use for the next two years ([I am more familiar with my programs in English:]).

  The dealer promissed 2 years warranty and 2 years international warranty appears in the description of the product:

  Toshiba Standard warranty the laptop just for one year.
  But AFAIK you can extend it for a further year if you register the notebook on page Europe from Toshiba.

  I put t know exactly in the terms of warranty in your country, but in Germany for example, each product is covered by warranty dealer for two years.

  I suggest you remove the hard drive of the machine and then connect the hard drive to another computer. In doing so, we could save the files together to the other computer or on an external drive.

  After you back up essential files, you can go ahead and run the Sony restore to restore the computer. The backup files can be restored to the original computer.

  International guarantees are not available for iPhones.   Service and repairs under warranty must be made in the country of purchase.   In your case in the United States.

  IF a problem occurs on your phone and you need be served, you will need to consider in Macau.

  As far as I know after registration of the guarantee, you should get a label which you can paste on to the back of your laptop. I'm sure that the partner wants to see this label.

  Anyway, you can try to contact Toshiba UK and maybe they can confirm that you have a valid international guarantee. Otherwise you can also try to contact Toshiba Europe in Germany. I'm pretty sure they can give you proper notice also how you can solve this situation.

  If a Toshiba laptop was purchased outside of the United Kingdom (in Russia) would be the "international guarantee" more to do in Britain?
