  I also believe that the COMPUTER technician knows the difference between the responsibility of Toshiba and Microsoft. If this option is part of the operating system or THE Toshiba has nothing to do with this and you should check the Microsoft Knowledge base to see if there is a report thereon or similar problems.

  So I thinapp-ed IE 6, 7, 8.  We currently have IE 9 running in our Windows 7, 64-bit box.  I understand about ThinDirect, how can I have some links opening in some version of IE.
  We have developers and webmasters who constantly need to test applications and sites in all versions of Internet Explorer.  So, the idea of multiple IE running on their desktop is very exciting for them.
  All IE 6, 7 and 8 are fine thinapp.  But, we noticed a small problem.  If a user just finished using wound up IE 6, 7 or 8, then they open a link from Outlook or any other place (during this time, no IE are open).  The link is open in whatever the last thinapp-ed IE they used, not with their native IE 9.
  I made sure that all the IE thin-app are not CHECKED with "say if Internet Explorer is not the web browser default."  Only the native IE9 has this option checked.
  If the user opens up IE 9 and the press are lacking and that the default web browser check, everything opens in IE 9 again until they run the other thinapp new IE.
  So, I want users to run their IE 9 as their default browser how thinapp IE whether or not they have running.  And I don't want any other IE to check and see if they are the browser by default every time that they have first begin to run.
  I can do to fix that?

  You should make a thinapp of each of the IE version and while thinapp each version you must specify the links that should be opened in this specific browser.

  An example lets take IE 7 and allows you to make the assumption that the www.sevencycles.com must only be opened in IE 7 on the deploymet machine.

  Capture procedure:

  1. On a clean XP machine to perform a Prescan.
  2. Perform an upgrade from IE 6 to IE 7 only. No updates of windows.
  3. Make postscan and capture normally until you reach page statistical quality "collection."
  4. The page following this is the redirection of the browser page. Here, change the it be redirected URL www.sevencycles.com.
  5. To proceed with the default options until you build the thinapp of EI or complete the thinapp process.

  Deployment procedure.

• Internet Explorer causes with HTTPService

  I have two HTTPServices. One of them read data from a file generated with PHP that queries one of my MySQL Tables. There is no problem with this one. HTTPService another sends data to another .php file that has another query that adds data to the same table.
  
  Problem is the following:
  
  1 step - when I use Internet Explorer and try to add the new entry to my table that works of this step.
  2 step - I'm trying to update my datagrid which is connected to the first HTTPService, that's ok too.
  step 3 - after seeing the updated data on my dataGrid I try to add a new second data at my table. It gives no error, and I check my table in PHPMyAdmin, I see that the second entry is successful.
  4 step - but this one and after this stage, it seems, that Microsoft Internet Explorer does not update the data I want to call from MySQL. Instead, I show a sort of cached data. (Data from the second step).
  
  Initially, I thought that's on my HTTPService concurrrency property, but it does not work.
  
  NOTE: There is no problem with Mozilla Firefox or Safari.

  Yes, it is a 'feature' Ajax IE provides to you (ie use for calls JavaScript Ajax is exactly the same engine it uses for the HttpService in Flash stuff). The place around that, I've gotten in the past is to create an int that is attached to the GET request for each call so that it can not be cached and is incremented by request. If you find yourself with myrequest.php? count = 1, myrequest.php? count = 2, etc. so that IE sucks that they are completely different applications so it never puts in cache.
