I use DW version CS5 and I copy and pasted a max design layout in a new file called index.html; Also, I generated a CSS page and copied this information also to keep the style. All is well in live mode view, but now the problem I have is that I'm not able to change my index.html in design mode, I can modify it in code view but not design mode and I need to change it in Design view to add images and other style I want. What can I do to fix this?

  Hi all

  I am unable to cut and paste (text) or drag-and - drop (files) between the client and host and vice versa.

  I am running Windows 7 (32-bit) guest on a host Windows 8.1 (64-bit).

  Everything else works to date works and VMWare Tools are installed.

  I spent a few hours searching and have not been able to determine if this is a known issue or just a mismatch in my environment/configuration.

  Any suggestions or comments would be most welcome.

  Hi all

  Seems I solved the problem.  It comes down to User Account Control (UAC) prompt (in my case Windows 7 (32 bit).  I have disabled UAC in the comments and drag and drop / cut and paste now works like a charm.

  Autologin also now works. I had not tried to set up that more early.  That's where I read an article to disable UAC for AutoLogin work.

  My VMWare tools icon now displays in the system tray.

  I hope this helps someone else out there!

  Setup logs was very good.  Application installed but is not working properly.  Finally got Adobe support and it turns out be a file permissions error.  Had to add applications and myself as accessors of the Lightroom folder under ~/Library/Adobe/ path and set permissions to read & write (was read only for everything except system) and apply to all the cases closed.   Works fine now.  Including this here in case when someone else is going through this issue.

I never had problems of profile before Mozilla started to update the browser in this fast paced. Originally, when FF 4 came out, I had a corruption of profiles in this version so I returned to 3.   After more digging deeper, I found that this problem occurred in other things as well, but seems to be worse in FF for some reason any. With other things as if we were trying to copy and paste in windows or IE Explorer, sometimes it work and sometimes it wouldn't. After that scrubbing windows supports the forums and by sticking to a few suggestions, most people seem to think it could be a malware or a virus. I scanned the system with multiple programs and found nothing. In all my efforts, I was not able to determine why this was happening. I wanted no pictures of system previously and just copy / paste to work again, so I backed up my data and did a new install of Windows 7. So far, everything is back to normal now. I just wish I knew for what has caused this to happen. At this point, I don't think that Firefox was to blame in my case. It was my bad to assume that caused Firefox because it is the first place I've seen that happen and I spend more time than other things on my pc using FF.
