  Try restarting mode without failure. Safari works then? If so, reboot normally and try again.

  Big problems after the update to OSX 10.11.6. Creation/after effects/SOUL (all latest versions) all introduce a kernel with my cMacPro panic them 2012. Computer freezes and goes upward.   Enter OSX 10.10.5 startup disk. that should work well.

  I know it's too late for the game, but I do not bother to upgrade my Mac OSX of Mavericks. I want to move to El Capitan, now however and since there was enough time to iron out the conflicts, can someone tell me what that the procedure is for the restoration of my CC apps once the upgrade is complete. I use Crashplan as backup, but it is against the backup system files or Applications. So that means all my apps will be lost, and I'll have to start over. My a/c CC keeps a record of the apps I had installed before, so I can simply select them again and reinstall them? Also, what are the steps I should follow to restore the CC? And are there preferences of the user I can save somehow, as for example my import and copyright settings in LR?

  Adobe always will allow you to install and activate its products up to two computers at the same time.  even if you are unable to disable (help > deactivate) on a computer you can get help from adobe support to reset your number of activations.

  but change softare (IE, os) does not count as a separate computer.  If you have made a significant change of hardware (cpu/hd), which counts as a separate computer.

  I think you are talking after upgrade to CC 2015 you're not able to launch I. Also, I believe you speak for read only matter of preference.

  After following the instructions please do not launch Illustrator and check your file preference if the permissions have been set correctly. A good way would be to get inside the preferences folder and then try to create a file manually. If it succeeds, please write to [email protected]
