• Do the Invisible tab or inactive

  I develop in 2013 of LabWindows/CVI.

  I have a tab on a panel with 3 tabs control.  The 3rd tab is "features of the future".

  Currently, I put tab to "initially grayed out.

  When the Panel is displayed you can still see the tab and click on it and see all the controls on this tab.  (you cannot step on them and it's good)

  I would have rather it is not accessible to all.

  Is it possible to make the invisible tab?

  Or make sure when you click on the tab, this tab is not addressed?

  I don't want the operator to see the "work in progress" on this tab.

  To hide a tab page, you can use SetTabPageAttribute with the ATTR_VISIBLE attribute. There is no built-in way to make a visible but not selectable tab page, but you can set a reminder for the tab control and trap EVENT_ACTIVE_TAB_CHANGE to return to another page when the undesirable path is selected, but the operator will briefly see that "forbidden".

  I assume you mean the chrome browser? If not, please let us know which app you are talking about.

  You might try to clear the cache and the data for this application (settings--> apps--> applications)

• OBIEE IBOT invisible tabs.

  Today I had a problem with IBOT deliver (report). We have access to our users to create and configure their own IBOTS. They too created and run the IBOTS and accessed.
  
  They are not able to reuse deliver it existing. When they create new ones, they can see all the tabs. Today, when accessing the IBOT they can't see the rest of the tab preview of tabs as request general, conditional, Recipeints... are disabled or not visible. When I login as an administrator, I am able to see all tabs in the report to deliver.
  
  After that, I checked the administrator privileges in the presentation layer. My user has all privileges to access, create, and edit the book.
  
  Can you please help me to solve this problem.

  I need help in LabView for the tab control. Below are the details about this:

  I use a window of the tab with 4tabs.

  -> In tab 1 I use a drop-down list to choose A or B or c. # A, B, C are the respective tabs

  -> When the user selects A and click on 'Next' in the tab 1, it must navigate to A respective tab and other tabs should disappear either gray ior outside

  -> Even with B and C too.

  -> After selecting "Next", it must navigate to respective tab and others should either disappear or sail.

  If you use a control menu ring rather than the drop-down list box, you get a digital output. An indicator of change in the tab and the ring of wire to the tab indicator menu.  You can make the invisible tabs all the time and place a free label on the tab pages indicating which device has been selected.

  I have tabbed windows in cascade mode. I want to display the tabs that I can't see. I know there is a button with a drop of water that I can choose the invisible tabs, but it's too slow. In previous versions I could just keep select tabs either on the left or right until they missed. In this version, it shows only a static number of tabs and you will need to click the button, and then select the next tab. Y at - it an option that I'm missing?

  To scroll documents open on Windows, use Ctrl + Tab to move forward and Ctrl + Shift + Tab to go back.

  I think (but I'm not sure) that it's the same shortcuts on a Mac.

  If there are a lot of tabs, then the button to close individually will go invisible, so anyone who wants to close an inactive tab, there need to select this tab to close it. I know there is a limit of space to include the close button if multiple tabs are open, my advice is, when appears a points to an invisible tab, button to close this tab (only), so it's easy to close an inactive tab without switching to it. I don't know if this is the right place for my opinion, if not please tell me where I can tell.

  Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance).

  I need to be able to see all tabs, not only the active tabs. My view will not do better, and making the invisible tabs doesn't really help.

  I also need to be able to set the button refresh my point. I want it next to the button at home, where I got it. Since Firefox has developed a problem with cache button back (Google, click on a result, click previous, oops the page is empty), I have to update all the time. I want the button to a convenient place, not to halfway across the screen.

  The solution is to disable the feature that is trying to buy time to redraw the page:

  (1) in a new tab, type or paste Subject: config in the address bar and press ENTER. Click on the button promising to be careful.

  (2) in the search above the list box, type or paste sess and make a pause so that the list is filtered

  (3) double-click the preference browser.sessionhistory.max_total_viewers and change the value from-1 to 0 (that's a zero).

  (Please change not all other parameters similar to 0-sounding or you can disable the ability of Firefox to save/restore your tabs and windows open).

  Then reload the page problem. I hope that after that you won't need recharging.

  I'm working on a VI that will be used to control a number of cars and RC Quadcopters.
  VI Gets the amount of tools tracking vehicles, then executes a loop and learn for each vehicle if a quad or a car.
  Now that this step is completed, I want the front panel to display a line of control and indicators for each of the vehicles and have a different line for quads or cars (that is to say for the quads, I need indicators for x, y, z coordinates and a 'take-off' button, while for cars, I need indicators for x are coordinated as a speed limit control).
  Is there a way to create the façade dynamically according to the entry?
  the best way I have found so far will use the invisible tabs, so I'll have a tab for each number of vehicles containing said that the number of lines, each line would be then two tabs (car/quad) and the tabs to view would be picked up during execution.
  The problem is that I would have to set a maximum number of vehicles and it would take a lot of work if I will introduce a new type of vehicle, so I'd rather have a more modular system.

  I'd like some fresh ideas on this issue.

  I use Framemaker 13.0.2.433 under Windows 7.

  I defined in paragraphs for notes, warnings, and cautions that use an AutoNumber initially while I have Note: and warning: and attention: in front of my paragraphs. And the content of the paragraph that I wanted to not be stressed (so the rest of the paragraph does not underscore parameter), so I defined as in the screenshot below:

  

  In framemaker, it looks good, but if I save it to PDF using the setting RGB , it prints a small dash of underscore in front of my paragraphs, see below:

  

  But if the print using the CMYK setting it does not print this line:

  

  But I really need to print my files using the RGB setting, so please can you me why if I use the RGB setting it print this little underscore?

  Tried the digital underscore, it does not work.

  Tried to put a thin space after the colon, but it does not work also. I tried also to other spaces or symbols of separation (non-breaking space, en dash, em, digital space space space, end of stream symbol, end of paragraph). Nothing works, as long as I set a tab stop, it will try to point out the "stop invisible tab symbol.

  The only solution I see in this case is not to set the tab stop and enter the space manually.

• Invisible pinned tab takes place

  I encountered a bug in the new Firefox. I've pinned a tab, then by chance, I moved the tam in a new window (via context menu). New window opens with the tab this marking, but... it seems that the pinned tab went invisible, there's just an empty space that I can't do anything about. I can't click on it (in other words, it behaves like the rest of the free space on the tab bar) and he stays there after restart of Firefox (even if Firefox should start with a blank page only, this is what is was set to do).

  Any ideas how to get rid of? It is not a problem, but a bit annoying all the same.

  I hope that we will not have to reset Firefox. It's a pain for all those who have a ton of extensions and have it configured as you wish. Personally, I use Sync 'save' my stuff. Given that I'm always changing computers, I can sync all my stuff in my new Firefox. Works like a charm!
  Normally, Sync is not used to back up data, but I still use it.

  You can try to start Firefox in Mode safe to see if Firefox works correctly without error? You can start Firefox in Mode safe below:

  • Windows/Mac: choose Help > restart with disabled modules
  • Linux: run firefox-safe-mode in the Terminal/Konsole

  If Firefox opens fine with no problems, it is probably one of your extensions that is causing the problem. You can reactivate your modules one by one until you find the one that is causing the problem to be re-activated.

  All the chrome browser, including the maneuver of the tab, awesomebar, menu, toolbars and firefox but not the standard minimize/unmaximize/close buttons, turn sometimes invisible, while the window is inactive.

  By clicking New in the window restores them. I have a dual monitor, and firefox configuration is expanded on a monitor while I work on other applications in the other.

  It is an intermittent problem and has been for about a week now, from a new installation of Firefox with a clean profile.

• Controls tabs flashing when Invisible

  A little history: I have a tab control that contains several controls of void and this control tab is located at the top of a vision acquisition screen. While the program is running, the user can hit 'h' key to hide all the controls, so that the user can see the screen for the acquisition of any vision. I came across a bug which, in don't break my app, is really annoying. What happens is that when the user presses the 'h' key, all the controls disappear as expected (I do this by using the property node 'visible' to the tab control), but once per second the controls on the tab flash on the screen and then disappear again. Still, these are the controls inside the tab, tab no it's me. The tab it's self is invisible as expected. Has anyone else seen this before?

  Just guessing here, but I've seen funny things with the tab controls, especially when working with the visibility property.  I suspect that 'under the hood' LabVIEW uses the visibility property to get the tabs to work.

  In your example I (notied that you write the property each iteration.)  It's not too big, a method and can lead to some ineffecintcies.  Also, when the objects overlap on the FP an update to any object overlaping requires all objects to cool off, so you can lose a lot of time processor that could bog down your CPU. A possible workaround, you can try is to add a loop secod with an event inside structure to capture only changes to the visible Boolean value.  Another thing to try would be hitting the visible property of the objects in the tab directly.  This excerpt is a reasonable example.
