  You are right.

  With any security L2 mode, you will always need customer information will allow you on the network.

  A PSK, WEP key or user credentials.

  The only way to have encryption without authentication WEP uses, but you will still need to distribute the WEP key among clients in order to connect to the ssid WEP.

  From Java code, is it possible to query Weblogic LDAP users/groups without requiring a password?  I use an application Java with Weblogic 12.1.2 configured to point to an external LDAP server.  From a java client, I would use the Windows user name, and the query LDAP to view the groups to which the user is in.  It seems that this is possible by using SessionContext.getCallerPrincipal () but I always get 'Anonymous', I think just because the user has not been authenticated.  Is there a way to get information from a user/group LDAP using the Weblogic Server Java without an authenticated user?

  It is not possible to make an authorization without authentication of the user first.

  In the case of Kerberos, it uses authentication that is already at the computer level (when you connect to the system).

  So I think that Kerberos is the only option.

  I did a DPS document using InDesign CS6 page that links to 8 PDF files by using the function "Import HTML resources" in Folio Builder. I am preview image using the content viewer Adobe and I am able to view my PDF files.

  So far, he has been working with and without wifi, but I was trying to find something online that confirms I will always be able to view the PDF files without wifi. I use this at a tradeshow where wifi is practically non-existent.

  Protected mode can be "a very important part of their security features", but what's the point if the product does not work?

  If has been like that since the introduction of Safe_mode in drive X.  Reader, crashes, hangs, cale, cannot print and various other symptoms.

  I recommended to disable Safe_mode for a very long time, and even Adobe support staff do often the same here in the forum.

  There is absolutely no advantage whatsoever to keep protected Mode enabled.  (Although I personally have never had no problems [with protected Mode on] on any of my Windows systems.)

  Your ability to reduce the file without diminishing its quality depends on the quality required for their intended use. If these are intended for viewing on screen, then high resolution pictures can be re sampled or changing the resolution without real change is the quality, as long as the user can say. Number of files use subsets of fonts or the incorporations of fonts. Sometimes you can remove subsets of fonts or embedding the fonts if the font will be on the user's system. Subsets of fonts can save space, but if the pdf is a result of several different sources, desincorporation policies and incorporating a copy of the policy can save space.

  Honestly, the size of 2 MB file is not the problem it once was. However, maybe the pdf not by e-mail at all. There are players on a server as well as a link sent to each user.

  A customer has invested time in creating a good CSS stylesheet and the model of RoboHelp to create a nice looking CHM HTML Help. My client wants to find a way of creating a document PDF looking nice without having to invest more time in the development of a model of good word for export to PDF.

  The client asked me what seems to be a stupid question on PDF generation. Is there such a thing as the generation of a PDF file without using Word? -(Whatever that means). My client seems to think that there is a way. But as my client has requested, I invite you all...

  I tried the fast way of simply by clicking on the PDF icon and see what happens. So HR generated a PDF, for me without asking me for more info. The recorder output clearly showed that HR was first to create a * Word file *. And of course when I looked into its target folder, I saw there was also a * Word doc *, finished one minute earlier. A sure sign, I think, that first created the Word doc and then to HR created the PDF file. (Btw, I don't know where HR got the table of contents of this generation of PDF - looks like a ghost of OCD I used months ago.)

  Then I tried using the wizard to generate the carrycot single Source Layouts. One of the steps in this wizard invites you to select a template, including any * model Word * you fed HR in the past. Once again a good sign, IMO, than the initial process to make a PDF file is the same as for make a Word doc.

  HR is creating a Word document, but if you turn off the word box, it is not saved. What you saw, it was probably an old document. Delete it and publish just a PDF file and you shouldn't be able to see the Word temporary document that is created.

  In the wizard, you don't have to select a Word template, it's just one of the options.

  The content of the page is not related to your table of contents. It takes the contents of a table of contents when you first create the print layout, but then the two are autonomous. You can't layout seems to be identical to the table of contents. If you do, use arrows to erase, and then replace it with the current TOC.
