  Assuming you are using a POP3 with Road Runner account, the Mail Win8 app does not support POP3, so you will need to install a client messaging like Windows Live Mail, MS Outlook, Thunderbird, etc. If you choose WLMail, here's what you need to know.

• OBIEE 12 c Analytics page is not opening after 11G migration

  I installed OBIEE12C in the Linux system, that doesn't have any other application. All services were running after installation, able to connect to the analytical page.

  Then I have a migrated application to oracle OBIEE11G 1.1.1.7 to OBIEE12C 12.2.1.0. We are after two stages of migration in accordance with the guidelines and using the MigrationTool.sh file to create the .jar file and then import to 12 c environment.

  All the step of migration succeeded. After the Migration, it is watch successful message, but when we try to connect from analytical URL, is getting hanged with message "signing in" after newspaper correct userid and password. I can open the RPD migrated 12 c even system administrator after you download it and I can see the data of the RPD (see data). But when logign by analytical page, his request for user and password then get suspended.

  I tried with simple migration of RPD also who has only a simple RPD and a dashboard, always after the migration cannot connect in analytics. It was working properly before the migration. That services are up and running I can verify with the same userid of the EM.

  Something is migrated, but I guess it's just a piece of it (I planned to test this part in detail in the coming weeks).

  But as there are tons of models of security different users can configure they can't really make a migration of "miracle".

  I guess that it migrating application roles (default 12 roles have a different name if I'm not mistaken) and you saw that application roles were there. But it cannot migrate any user or group that is part of Weblogic and not really a component of OBIEE. So because of the different names in default 12 c the migration wizard cannot find the group that's wanted to attribute it to an approle and you close up with approles empty.

  If you had an external authentication provider and you did before in 12 c installation migration I figured everything was fine...

  The important thing is that you can now login and validate the process of migration on your system.

  Can you maybe close the thread because at the moment it is still this question is no answer. ?

  You can't get stuff together OAM 10g a OAM 11 GR 1 material because of the changes in the architecture. The GR 11, 1 field upgrade utility upgrades only Access Manager average level for OSSO10g components. But OAM11gR2, you can migrate selected agents, political areas and their associated artifacts as host identifiers, types of resources resources and the Oracle 10 g Access Manager authentication schemes.

  The advantage of this migration is OAM 10 g and OAM 11 g can coexist in an environment until all artifacts are migrated successfully.

  I'm trying to upgrade my environment to vSphere 4.1. My old VC was 32 bits with a local SQl 2005 express (it's a lab - I don't want the full SQL version blown).

  I think you mean the Microsoft Access database. OATMEAL Version 8.x is old enough. You must talk to the best Oracle path for upgrade. Version 12.x is not easy to use for the migration of access. There may be a way described in that link I sent before.

  I added the Java Options for Proxy as the host, Port, user name, the password make sure that you set the correct information and run the batch file.

• Migration tool for 64 bit LabXML

  Hello!

  This post is not exactly on LabVIEW concerns, but I'll try anyway ;-)

  We used the LabXML tool in many applications for a long time without problems (downloaded from here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/labxml/files/LibXML-toolkit/).

  Now we are one of these big request to LabVIEW 64bits, migration and we must upgrade LabXML to 64 bit.

  Theoretically, just recompile the dll files to 64 bit and that's all! But it's not as simple as that...

  LabXML is the use of knots "Call library function" call 2 dll: libxml and IXMLWrap.

  To update these dll in 64-bit, I tried the following:

  -libxml: this one is dependent upon other dll (iconv, zlib). I downloaded the 64-bit versions of: ftp://ftp.zlatkovic.com/libxml/64bit/

  -IXMLWrap: this one is based on libxml and libxslt (also downloaded from the top). I have the .c file (attached) and I tried to compile with visual studio and managed... almost!

  I get an IXMLWrap House compiled 64-bit dll but cannot load it with LabVIEW 64 bit...

  By reading the dll with 'The Dependency Walker tool' 64 bit, I got some errors of the export features.

  Indeed, when I compare the 32 and 64-bit DLLs with the Dependency Walker tool, I have the same functions in the dll, but do not have the same exported functions... (see attached image)

  I have 2 questions:

  -someone has already tried to use LabXML with labVIEW 64bits, and already the DLLs to share?

  -is anyone has any clue as to what is the problem with my IXMLWrap dll: incorrect downloaded dll, problems in my Visual studio project configuration,...?

  I'm sorry for my "stupid" questions, but my experience of developer C is far behind me... :-(

  I made the connection with... .lib files from linux (not windows)!

  No problem then to compile and use the 64 bit dll

• VPN concetrator ASA migration tool... ?

  I already know the answer... «NON»...................... but try just in case some of you had worked a way to migrate the configuration of a Cisco VPN to an ASA concetrator without having to redo the config set almost from scratch... We are talking about approximately 50 + L2L tunnels and VPN remote groups. Your help is highly appreciated

  Adding to this. TAC you can get an approximate conversion of your config via our beta tool, but you must do these things so the opening ticket:

  1 IMPORTANT: Pull off isn't encrypted your hub as XML config - check under Administration > access > access settings and validate Config File Encryption is set to None (the default), then under Administration > file management > Export XML, you can save on the config file and attach it to your file for me.

  2 the name of your account or the SE team.

  3. the latest version of the code, the concentrator is running

  4. the latest version of the code on the ASA and ASA platform information

  5. If your configuration includes DHCP or DNS, which will interface to will

  it be enabled on?

  6. If you have static routes, the NTP server and/or Zone Lab Server

  specified with a host name instead of an IP address to your configuration, please

  Specify the IP address as well.

• Rights of access to the BI Publisher 10g and 11g migrate reports

  Hi all

  I've migrated BI Publisher reports in 10G in the middle of 11 G environment. I installed both applications in local machine, to carry out this activity. Post, I moved a folder containing few reports (.xdo and .xdm) in OBIEE 11g environment installed in Linux environment.

  Report units are visible, but .xdo cannot be performed. I get the error on execution it below.

  I was able to retain the rights administrative everything on the new catalogue by doing the steps below

  1 run a fresh upgrade with destination as a separate folder (D:/dest) and not selecting "{BI_DOMAIN}... repository/bi_publisher /'."

  2 created a new catalog of presentation by specifying the path of the catalog in em ' in a new folder.

  3. copy the units OBI EE (file and files problemcs), upgraded in the shared folder in the folder newly created by Ms.

  4. go in BI Publisher 11 g-> Administration. Navigate to the directory of BI Publisher and point to the destination folder would be: / dest' and run 'Upload to the BI presentation catalog.

  5. now, all units are available in a shared folder with full rights for the user "weblogic.
