  I have configured the Lotus Notes in IOM connector and I executed the reconciliation of the target for a certain user exists in Lotus Notes, which does not exist in the IOM. During reconciliation, a reconciliation event is created indicating he was assigned to the XELSYSADM user. The next step, I would like to perform is the creation of this user to the IOM, so I opened the IOM system administrator and I connect you as the user XELSYSADM. At this point I opens task list and search for approvals pending or open tasks associated with this event of reconciliation, but there aren't any. Can anyone help?   If you want that for no match found, he should go to XELSYSADM then, it must decide what to do whther that the user should be created or not. Then, you can simply run Trusted Recon and change the rule of no match to assigned to XELSYSADM.

  Whenever there is no match then he attributes to XELSYSADM then XELSYSADM can create user if he wants to with the help of the button to create a user.

  But it has a disadvantage as users of Xellerate is used everywhere when we talk about Trsuted Recon, then it will change the rule for scope adapter. You can create dummy resource for recon trust with certain fields even as Xellerate users and return this RO in the HS task attribute. You are finished with your condition.

  We use IOM v11.1.3, and we need to stop reconciliation events generated for SAP ECC users orphans, if their 'valid date' has been exceeded in the target system.

  If a SAP user is expired, is longer necessary reconciliation attempt.

  • You can search and open research definition "Lookup.SAP.UM.Configuration".
  • Set the value of the 'Validation use for Recon' entry to yes .

• IOM - EBS - employee termination request

  I have configured the IOM (9101) with EBS HR (9043) with Weblogic 10.3.
  
  I want to know how the termination of employment. Now if I manually activate/deactivate any user, the user and disable user tasks are triggered and the user is enabled in the EBS system. But I'm not able to understand the flow of the IOM which is HR system when a user ends in the HR system (I don't know how), it will trigger the user disable the IOM.

  I've always found the status of reliable source map is not working. I suggest creating a UDF called State of EBS. Create an adaptor entity and process both to do the following:

  Check the status field. Then use api enable or disable api. On the adapter of the entity, you must only put on insert after and only check if you need to disable the user.

  Create a trigger of form (explained for many times on this forum) user. Add the task to your user profile on Xellerate. Then use the adapter that you created as an adapter to process task to enable or disable the IOM user based on the new value.

• IOM: Question of reconciliation based CSV

  I'm accommodating users of flat file in IOM using GTC for IOM 9101. My data has the ID field Director filled for all user records. While conciliatory, IOM checks if the user in the managerID field is present as a user to the IOM. If this isn't the case, it does not have the value in the field. If it is present as a user of IOM, then he puts the value correctly.
  
  This seems to be correct, but any behavior by reconciling I can't be sure to reconcile management first, followed users - almost impossible. Seems to be a fundamental question, what is the usual way out? I see one.
  
  Make the Manager ID field in the form of the user to create a field of text instead of a search, reconcile, then do a search.
  
  Is thus always finished sound or there is a better solution. IOM tries to be clever here, but this isn't help :-)

  If its a time of reconciliation, then you can also do this from a standalone java program, in this way, you do not have to write even a scheduled task.

  You can map any value you want the password of the user during reconciliation. However, this password will be available in plain text format in the recon event. It is much better to use an adapter of entity on prior insertion for the event of the user to create to generate the password.

  My requirement is that I have to perform * target * reconciliation.
  I had a target system which reconciles the IOM data, suppose if the account is it in the target system and the same account isn't here by IOM in this case I need to create an account to IOM. is it possible to create the user account in the IOM?

  Each xml attribute maxRetryCount a Recon profile, you can change this changes according to your need.

  After changing the logging level for 32 track, filled with the SQL log file.

• Creating a second resource for messed up AD right to target AD system

  I'm running on IOM 11gr2ps2.  I have a need to run that the announcement of trust reconciliation source and AD target reconciliation system pointing to the same instance of AD, on a daily basis.

  A team member creates a new resource IT (AD target recon system) and set the search so that the resource would be used for the reconciliation of the target system.  Although the idea was good, but the execution did not correctly because unit testing was not performed.  I later discovered that target reconciliation for a given user will no longer display payments (for ad groups).  Reconciliation data shows the ad groups reconciled.  The database displays the correct ad groups.  However, the right tab in the user record was empty.

  When I opened the Application instance, I noticed there were 2 instances of the application to AD.  Instance of the reliable source AD app has a tab named 'Entitlement' with all the values.  However, the application system AD target, right tab instance showed no value.

  How can this be repaired?

  You want to fix the search that has ad groups.  You can clear the list, and then run the task of reconciliation of Group research.  In the scheduled task, use the resource your Recon target is configured for.  Once done, run the scheduled task from the eligibility list and that will also trigger the catalog synchronization task execution and until it is enabled for updates, which will correct.
