iOS 10.0.2 temporarily brick iPad 4th generation

My IPad 4th generation has been temporarily briquée by iOS 10.0.2. Be it finally resolved itself, but I still have questions like a shift of keystrokes and on my home screen. Any suggestions?

What do you mean it "brick". Exactly what happened, and how did it resolve? What did you see on the screen, and you haven't tried the OTA, or with iTunes update? Since then, what did you do to try to resolve this discrepancy you describe?
