  What is the number and the model of your graphics card?

  Because your computer is Windows 7 installed, it wil have the latest DirectX version i.e DirectX 11 is installed by default. Here are two things, try.

I have an iPad 2 and explored a generation IPad 4th instead of one of the most recent Air.  The thinner air worries me a little after reading the reviews on the problems of vibration, but at the same time, I don't want to get something that will be essentially unusable in a year. I mainly use my iPad for navigation, email, youtube, netflix, and some older games. I have my laptop for heavy lifting.  All thoughts and opinions will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

  Well, it's resolved myself by visiting a repair center that uses a voltage/amperage meter to determine that the switching power supply barely sends all power to the tablet.
