  Here are the instructions that you need to perform a hard reset on your palm, which will erase all the information.

  A hard reset is done by holding down the power button sticking something thin (your pen, paper clip) to the rear reset the hole of the device. Keep your hand on the power button while you release the paper clip in the reset hole. The display now shows "Palm Powered." Release the power button. Now, you will see a screen in 5 languages and invite you to erase all data from the Palm. Screen says "erase all data?" Yes - go to top, no - down"and you click on the arrow pointing upwards (Silver button on the browser of 5 channels on the lower part of the Palm). This erases all the info from your device.

  (1) I don't know why you're moping around the event viewer and what you're trying to achieve by disabling the administrative events. They are just the alerts and messages that won't just compensation without tackling the real problems reflected by alerts administrative event.

  (2) by design, you cannot delete it interface in the Event Viewer because it isn't 'really' a newspaper. Its a kind of a filter of administrative events of all cumulative newspapers (Application/security/system other applications etc.) you see in the eventvwr.

  

  (3) factory restore to clear the administrative events is a kind of a solution that might be similar to "Burn down your House to kill the rat"

  (4) so how do? Do it yourself manually. Create a file beats using below and run it... (Run as Admin)

  emcli does not recognize "*" or "%".  I also want to include all the target_typeif possible, there are many targets and target_type to make them one by one.

  Hi Willem.

  In the game of out-of-box rules: "Management of Ruleset incidents for all targets", there is a named rule: 'Rule to auto-clear metric more than alert events 7 days' which applies to all stateless events that don't have a related case and will be open for more than 7 days. If this out-of-box ruleset is activated, then these events are automatically deleted by the rule.
