iOS 10 went playlists

Someone had the problem after updating to iOS 10, that the playlists in folders have no content? I disabled music Apple and allowed him once again, but this does not seem to solve the problem. Any ideas?

I chat with Support right now, and it turns out that Apple has THE GOAL killed smart playlists in iOS 10.

Playlists smart (those to the less nested) could not update itself without syncing iTunes since iOS 4, but now they don't even play in iOS 10.

So... my iPhone is * useless for me as a music player, which is all just great once I bought a 128 GB model specifically so it could carry all my music.

Apple says they like the music, but they seem to hate people who love music.

If you want to see your list until next slide upward from the PlayBar at the bottom, which has the song being played, and scroll down to see the list of the next.

  • Apps don't redownloading not after updating iOS 10.

    Hello

So until I updated to iOS 10 asked me if I would like to uninstall some applications and then they would be uploaded once the update has been completed. It's because I didn't have enough storage. In any case, I pressed 'yes '.

So update to iOS 10 went a lot, however, apps download just stayed greyed out as if they were downloading, however, they are not. By default, they appear dimmed however once you press on them, he said waiting as if she was about to download.

I have tried everything - tried to uninstall applications, however, he leaves not you, backup and restore then, plug it into a computer and uninstall the application (once more does not work).

NOTE: I've updated since an iOS beta 10

Try again on Wi - Fi and connect to the power supply.

  • imessage 10 iOS apps does not

update to ios 10 went well but to play in the new imessge, I discovered that during the work of native applications as expected in imessage - music, recent, #images etc. - other applications do not work in imessage - eg espn, drafts, opentable, etc. - shows the icon on the screen of imessage when I go in the apps section, but she never updates with any content.

everyone has experienced or has ideas on what to do?

This happened to me until I went to the App store and noticed that these applications had very updated download.  After you download the update, and open the application itself (not in messages, but the actual application), I went back to the messages and they works perfectly!

    Good luck!

  • empty selection smart iTunes on iphone

I have updated to iOS 10.  I created a new smart playlist.  It appears in iTunes fully filled.  When I go on my iPhone to play list.  It manifests itself here, but it is empty.

I have older / pre iOS 10 smart playlists that appear correctly.

    Any ideas?

    iTunes 12.5.1.21

    Sierra of MacOS

I tried a few more things.  I took an old list and it duplicated.  It has synchronized in 8 seconds approximately.  Then, I changed the settings in the smart list to match what I had.  The list updated and empties.  I noticed that he did not like the parameter 'group's  However, I have other active lists that use the setting "Grouping is" and they work.  Maybe the new field, which I have added to the grouping is not be downloaded to iCloud music?  So it is not available for correspondence in the rules?  I'm running an update of genius and an update of the iCloud library.  I'll try testing again to see if that makes a difference.

  • iOS 10 playlist shuffle cutting end songs?

After that a number of loading songs organized in playlists, I'm having a problem where when I mix a playlist, it cuts the ends of songs.  Observations and trials so far leads me to believe that this is only related to the brewing of playlists.  I also see that the display of the song on the lock screen not display correctly when dragging a playlist. A song ends, the next one will start, but what is showing on the screen is the previous song. For anywhere from 30 to 45 seconds. Then the next song will appear on the screen, and the progress bar is already in the 'good' place.

    • Played start of album to not finish - no problem
    • Played same album Shuffle - no problem
    • Played Playlist containing same album departure for end - no problem
    • Played the same Playlist on shuffle - cuts of songs, lock screen messed up, etc.

Even the tests loading songs and playlist in iTunes, then a few iTunes songs and playlist construction on my phone.

    iPhone 6, IOS 10.0.2, iTunes

You found a solution for this? Apple is working on it?

I don't really like iOS 10.  It took me a week just to make my downloaded music can be used again.

  • Removed add it again in the next place, songs later play playlist iOS 10.0.2

Using and iPhone 6 installed 10.0.2, when I remove a song from the top then / list of play later and then move to the next or same song to pause and press on play on the current song, the song that I removed back in the list where he was. This started only after the 10 iOS updated and happens in the playlists and albums. Applying music to quit smoking and to turn on/off the phone do not help. I'm going to assume, it's a bug, but just in case where it is not I thought I would ask if anyone has a solution.

Given a workaround for this bug is evident in another thread who says to re-arrange the order of playing at least one song in the following list to play after removing the desired content and that this sort of action "crushes" and solidifies the deleted order for the songs, preventing them from home.

  • Deleting item (macbook, iOS 10) playlist

With the help of a MacBook pro, iOS 10... How can I remove an item from the playlist.  Previously, a small "X" has popped up on the right and I just clicked on the X.  Now on iOS10, there is no 'X' on the right.  So, how can I delete an article?

    Thank you!

    Right click and delete.

  • Sorting Playlists in MacOS & iOS

How or can I still sort the lists of actual reading on my iphone 6 s (preferred) or iTunes on my Mac using Apple's music? I'm running the current versions of these applications. To clarify, I'm talking no sort of songs in the playlist, but the playlist themselves. On my iPhone, I have to constantly scroll down beyond Apple playlist, as well as reading list that I don't listen often to go to the one that I want, I did. I saw if I rename my playlist with a "or 1" on my Mac and export out them, and then again in the Mac, they will appear at the top of the reading list (behind Apple auto produced its). Who is clumsy and a pain, but I guess I can deal with it. On my iPhone, when the playlist will reappear to me above, it just goes back to where it was, not upward as it does with my Mac. I thought at the time I was able to hold on a playlist on my iPhone or Mac and managed to drag the selection upwards or downwards, but that doesn't seem to work.

    TIA

    Hi BadApp,

Thanks for your question.  I'm a DJ, so I understand your need to have a little more control over how your playlists are sorted.

The playlists that you create in iTunes for Mac or on your iPhone will be listed in alphabetical order and after default Apple selections appears.   When I do an event, if I need to have one or more playlists to appear at the top of my list for faster access, I just rename them by adding an asterisk (*) before the title.  These playlists will appear at the top of the list and will retain their alphabetical sort order.  When I finished with the concert, or is no longer necessary selections to appear at the top, I delete the asterisk and they fall back in the regular alphabet.

Here is the update of the application resource music Apple iOS 10.

  • do not copy songs in the smart playlist for 10 iOS device

I have upgraded to 12.5.1.21 on my Mac Mini Tuesday and set iTunes to update my iPhone 6 and Air iPad for iOS 10.  I also have an iPod Touch 5 which is glued to the ISM 9, which turns out to be a blessing.  In iTunes I have a large number of smart playlists, which many turning content at least recently played or update filters to filter the songs that were played in the last week, for example.  So when I play songs in the list, then update the list in iTunes, the songs played are removed, and new songs come in.  Everything works well.

Until I update my iOS 10 devices.  When I update the playlist in iTunes on Mac, it shows the new content.  When I update my iDevice, it shows the set songs to date on the device, using the view from iTunes on Mac.  When I disconnect the device and check the reading list, there is no songs.  All the songs in the playlist have disappeared.  The songs are really there, but the device iTunes lost them or they were never really copied.

It does not have other types of playlists. It seems to only affect smart playlists with date restrictions. My iPod Touch always behaves very well with the same smart playlists.  So maybe not a problem with iTunes on Mac, but iTunes iOS 10.

I also found that the smart playlists which depend on other playlists (i.e. they understand a rule "Playlist is... ") are similarly broken and empty in the iOS 10 (but they agree in iTunes on a Mac (for now)).  This is true if the original selection is also a smart playlist, or just a regular manual selection.

However, I followed the tips in this article, and that fixed it for me: http://www.techradar.com/how-to/phone-and-communications/mobile-phones/ios-10-pr oblems-here-s-how-to-fix-the-most-common...

In short, everything Unsync broken playlists (i.e. remove them your phone) and then add them in.  It took a bit big for me to understand how juggling UNSYNC all my playlists without him also remove the associated music (mainly because I did not want to wait that it will copy my entire library over), but after I made, my playlists all started working for me again.

Maybe he'll help with date rules as well?

    Hi Grayhmm,

I understand you encounter some problems of access to your content to Apple's music using the music app on your iPhone. I know it's important to have reliable access to your members of Apple's music! I want to make a few suggestions that can help you.

Given that you have noticed the music app if crush, I recommend you restart your iPhone first. Once you have restarted the unit, open the music application and see if you still notice any problems.

If the problem persists after restarting the iPhone, try to connect to your Apple ID in settings > iTunes and App Store. This will you sign out of your account Apple music and will remove all content you have saved on your device for offline listening. To do this, go to settings > iTunes and App Store and tap your Apple ID at the top of this page. Choose the option to disconnect, then connect you to the back using your Apple ID and password. Once you have signed in, open the music application and see if you continue to note any problems.

    Take care!
