Someone had the problem after updating to iOS 10, that the playlists in folders have no content? I disabled music Apple and allowed him once again, but this does not seem to solve the problem. Any ideas?

I chat with Support right now, and it turns out that Apple has THE GOAL killed smart playlists in iOS 10.

Playlists smart (those to the less nested) could not update itself without syncing iTunes since iOS 4, but now they don't even play in iOS 10.

So... my iPhone is * useless for me as a music player, which is all just great once I bought a 128 GB model specifically so it could carry all my music.

  • Playlist will not let me delete

I've updated to the latest version of Safari (10.0) and MacOS (10.12) this week and I just went to remove an item from my reading list and the little X in the corner to delete disappeared. How can I delete the article?

Right-click on the playlist item, you want to be removed and select "Remove Item".

  • Playlists do not sync for iPhone 6plus

I barely noticed, so do not know if the update iOS triggered 9.3.4 it but if I add a new playlist on iTunes is not sync to my iPhone more. Did a few playlists on the PC test. They sync on my iPad but not on the iPhone - tried restarting the iPhone, but no difference

I solved it in the end. A lot of puzzle trying all sorts, but ultimately I went in the iTunes on the iPhone and offline app. Then signed in once my iTunes library reloaded game I tried to add playlists to test again on other devices and they are all in sync with the iPhone. God knows why he went wobbly in the first place!

  • 9.3.2 iOS doesn't let me play my music and playlists. I simply press the icon of the song or playlist and it blocks the entire application

I went into my music and tried to watch my playlists but right as I clicked it the whole app just crashes, even with just clicking on my songs. And they never load completely. My phone had a lot of problems and it is fairly new but Apple just says it's perfectly fine.

    Hi Grayhmm,

I understand you encounter some problems of access to your content to Apple's music using the music app on your iPhone. I know it's important to have reliable access to your members of Apple's music! I want to make a few suggestions that can help you.

Given that you have noticed the music app if crush, I recommend you restart your iPhone first. Once you have restarted the unit, open the music application and see if you still notice any problems.

If the problem persists after restarting the iPhone, try to connect to your Apple ID in settings > iTunes and App Store. This will you sign out of your account Apple music and will remove all content you have saved on your device for offline listening. To do this, go to settings > iTunes and App Store and tap your Apple ID at the top of this page. Choose the option to disconnect, then connect you to the back using your Apple ID and password. Once you have signed in, open the music application and see if you continue to note any problems.

    Take care!

  • Ratings and playlists disappeared

I keep my itunes on a pc and noted all my songs library. I used the ratings to create some of my playlists (like 3 stars or more). I had some other playlists too. I've upgraded to itunes 12.4.1.6. Then, I went directly to the itunes store and bought new music. When I opened my library to assess these new songs, I have seen that my rankings and all my playlists have disappeared. What can I do?

  • How can I go back to iTunes 12.3.2 12.4? Upgrade went wrong - very bad!

I let iTunes upgrade to 12.4 12.3.2 on my win 10 portable 64-bit. Subsequently, the "subfolder" which was labeled bought ' under library in my music went along with all of my downloaded music. Then I went to get my downloaded Apps and they were missing too. So I went to my old Apple ID to recover my purchased applications and music. Now I can't get back my ID for 90 days. So now, Miss me all my playlists, my 'bought subfolder' with music inside, all my applications purchased and free movies. So, how can I return worm 12.3.2 iTunes or difficulty of this version 12.4? I'm so frustrated!

To answer the question that is asked, see excellent iTunes from turintest2 for Windows troubleshooting guide at:

    especially the section:

Remove and then reinstall iTunes and other software components

You can also download the previous version of iTunes from this page.  However, I'd wait to see if turingtest2 itself could chime to see if there is a fix for your library or if decommissioning can now cause inconsistent with 12.4 hit iTunes library.

  • Music and playlists in iTunes

I just added a CD in iTunes "Add folder to library" which went well. The tracks are now show under "Recently added" but I have problems adding these tracks in my playlists. The pearls of wisdom? Thank you

Why, what happens when you try?

Remember, you can only add songs to lists regular playback, but not to a smart playlist or Playlist folder.

  • iTunes 12.3.2.35 can't reorganize non-smartlist playlist songs

So I just realized that I can't re - order songs in my Playlist.

I tried to quit Itunes and restart to see if it was a software problem.

I went to Edit playlist and I can't rearrange songs here either.

I created a Playlist, added new songs and who does not fix things at all.

I'm a little puzzled. or is this a bug?

    ITunes 12.3.2.35, OS X Mac Pro (mid-2010) 10.11.3,

Choose the songs at the top right instead of playlists.

  • Why all my songs not purchased went from Apple's music?

I am subscribed to Apple music since it was released: I've never had a problem or a complaint so far... I went to apple music the other night and all the music that I have collected over the past months 6-8 has disappeared (except songs bought through iTunes) it is not as if I can get it back. I don't know if it's worth to continue to subscribe if it won't be something that will happen - it will be a huge pain to get all these albums and playlists.
