  I just upgraded my iOS version 9 on Air iPad and now the brush is unusable. I can open it but if I try to edit an existing brush or create a new one the application crashes on me. Any ideas on how to solve this problem would be appreciated.

  Hi Libby,

  Try to turn off bluetooth on your iPad. There is a bug in the driver iOS9 in our support for the stylus and we are working on a fix. In the meantime, turn off bluetooth on the device will disable support of the stylus and avoid the accident.

• iOS 9.3 killed my iPad 2 cellular connection

  iOS 9.3 killed my iPad 2 cellular connection.  A friend had exactly the same experience.

  Instead of text 'Telstra' (my provider name) upper-left screen, I have "No Service"

  Settings > general > topic > network says "Not available" and number of data Mobile says 'Unknown', and yet claimant still said "Telstra 24.0"

  This would indicate a problem with the SIM card? Another thing I should study or try? Turn off and restart didn't help.

  This is not the first iOS update to disable cellular service on the ipad2. I was hoping iOS 8 was the last well.  I can't believe that they can make this mistake once again!

  This is a common problem and there is currently no permanent solution.

  Try turning off JavaScript under settings - Safari - Advanced.

  Keep patience, I think soon Apple will figure things out.

• Contacts app on iPad from IOS 9 air crash

  Since IOS 9 contacts app starts for a second then shows contacts and then immediately disappears. After upgrading to iOS 9.3.3 no change. Restart the iPad does not help.

  App is open programms. Close the program and start don't help once again.

  Thank you for reaching out by Apple Support communities. After reading your post, I understand that your app is not open very long - it will close unexpectedly after only a few seconds. I see as you have updated your iOS, force to leave the app and restart your iPad, but none of these steps have fixed the problem for you. I rely on access to my Contacts app every day, so I definitely want to make sure yours is accessible!

  You already crossed some great troubleshooting steps to try to resolve the problem, so my recommendation here is the following. Each of these steps one to try in time and test after each is finished.

  1. Reset all the settings on your iPad under settings > general > reset > reset all settings. This removes any of your data, but it will return customizable settings (such as your background screen and display brightness, alert sounds and the Date and time settings) to the factory settings. It will also remove any Wi - Fi networks and saved passwords and delete all APN or VPN parameters used previously.
  2. Back up your iPad using iCloud or iTunes, and then restore the iPad to factory settings. If you don't know how to back up your iPad, the article below will guide you through the two iCloud and iTunes. Choose the option that suits you best.

     Once you have saved it, follow the steps in the following article to restore your iPad with iTunes on a computer by default.

     Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod to factory settings

  3. Configure the iPad like new (without restoring your backup, at least temporarily) when it goes to the default values. You can connect to iCloud, iTunes and App Store, iMessage and FaceTime with your Apple ID. Then test the app to see if it still crashes. If this is not the case, go ahead and restore your backup by following the steps described in the article in the link below.

  I have not seen this problem with LR Mobile on my iPad Pro (same versions as you), but I have had this with other apps mobile Adobe Photoshop Mix as sketch of Adobe. In each case, the application is started and crashed. If I used the switch app, I could see, even with pictures showing in the selector, but bringing forward crashed several times.

  However, in all cases, restart the iPad solved the problem. I have not seen elsewhere persist through a reboot.

  Sorry this isn't much help for you, but I wanted to just give it as a data point. Maybe if force you quite all open applications (drag to the top of the screen to switch app) and restart the iPad?

• Reader/Acrobat DC crashes on iPad

  With the last 'upgrade', the application Acrobat/Reader DC for iPad blocks every day on an iPad running iOS 8.3 1 Air. It will work for a while (maybe a few minutes or even hours), then it will crash in the middle of using it. When I try to restart the application, the logo appears but then disappears after less then a second. To get back to work, I have to remove the application (which, of course, removes hundreds of my files). I then reinstall the app and all my files (about 2 GB). Until the last 'upgrade', the spectacularly well preformed app. Anyone has a solution to these daily accidents or knowledge when Adobe is likely to have a fix available?

  On my iPad after installing iOS 10 Mail closed unexpectly after deleting some messages. In addition, I regret the disappearance of the "remove all" button on some of the issues.

  Try resetting your device. This will not erase your data stored on that device.

  • Press and hold the sleep/wake button
  • Press and hold the Home button
  • Press and hold both buttons until the display turns off and on again with the Apple logo on the subject.

  Alternatively, you can go to settings - general - reset - Reset all settings

  If that doesn't work, restore your device to factory settings. Please note that this will delete the data on your device.
