  I took delivery of my Z3 Compact last month, and overall it is very good. This is completely standard, out-of-the-box, with no apps that affect the system.

  I found a very annoying problem with the Notifications sound when the phone is in mode 'sleep', IE the screen completely black, either due to the function of time-out or when I press the round power button.

  The problem is that no notification not crossed; If I'm expecting an email from work, I constantly to wake up the phone and as soon as the lock screen appears, then do the notifications.

  Hello and welcome to the community! Since you are new, please make sure that you have checked our Forum.

  It seems that you have activated the STAMINA mode in your phone via the settings > power management > STAMINA mode. You can add apps to stay active in mode if you go to settings > Power management > STAMINA Tap mode > active Apps in mode standby.

  so I updated my software the 10.2.1.3062 weekend and since then have not been getting informed when I get a text message. No sound or LED. I tried to pull the battery, restart several times and it doesn't seem to help. I have to go on the hub to see if I have new messages at random. very frustrating. any help would be great.

  OK, so after having spent 5 hours or more on the phone with technical supports. We were able to solve this problem.  First, make a full backup of your phone in the blackberry link, that was what I had to do a security wipe (wipe parameters, Secutiry and privacy, security). Once it was full, I did a full restore using this backup file that was created and taadaa it's all fixed. of course there is some Setup involved again. (for example, passwords for applications etc..) but my notifications are working again.

  I see that you are having problems with the sounds on your notifications. I have a few things to check.

  Sometimes I'll hear the sounds of Skype, check notifications and nothing is there. Open Skype and won't see any new messages until I message someone who messaged me before. No problem on PC.

  Update: back to the old version has actually worked for me, but I understood why. The issue is not with Skype at all. Older versions of Skype has not apparently use push notifications (according to some sources) and thereafter, I noticed that I wasn't getting push notifications for ANY application with this version of cm11 I'm running. No Email, IM + or other notifications either. So the question is with cm. going back to the stock now, so I should be ok with the new version of Skype. Thanks again.

  Why isn't Apple allow to come through the Favorites text alerts when the phone is in do not disturb, as it does for calls?  I know a lot of people who need this feature - especially parents of teenagers!  It can't be difficult to do at all!

  I have a problem with iOS10 when you try to create a reminder using Siri location-based. Siri continues to ask me to allow access to my location for reminders in the settings. • ios10 - can not go beyond the lock screen

  I'm updating my iPhone 5SE yesterday.  It is already planted on the lock screen 3 times requiring a reset, that is to say press power and home for 10 seconds.  I've owned iPhones for many years and has never had to use the front reset feature.

  My contact ID is active, and most of the time when I press the home button the phone automatically unlocks as usual.  However on occasion, when I press the button to unlock the phone at home I am presented with the numeric keypad to enter my access code.  The phone does not respond after that, completely frozen until I do a reset.

  Try to reset all settings. No data is affected, but all parameters will have to be entered again. These parameters include, passwords for WiFi and footprint digital/Touch ID put in place. You will have to start all over again with the settings, but it's less work than the restoration of the device.

  Settings > general > reset > reset all settings.
