• AnyConnect works at the main location and for internet, but not over the WAN

  I have a firewall of 5525 asa running an Anyconnect VPN.  I have three sites and it will be the access point for all.  There is a mpls wan between sites.  The Anyconnect IP pool is 192.168.165.x 255.255.255.0. In the primary site, the local IP addresses are 172.17.x.x 255.255.0.0 and 255.255.255.0 192.168.10.x legacy.  Remote sites are 192.168.20.x 255.255.255.0 and 192.168.30.x 255.255.255.0.

  From a PC to my LAN, I can reach the four lines and servers ping, tracert, and access by name or number.  When it is connected to the the anyconnect, I can only access the 172.17.x.x and 192.168.10.x.  We're set up for a lot of tunnel the VPN so this is important.  I tried to add routes to the routers on each side of the WAN to point 192.168.165.x traffic to the firewall's inside address based on a tip I read on the map here, but that did not help.  Any ideas where I should look next?

• Upgrade over the WAN

  I am running VirtualCenter Server 2.5 with five host ESX 3.5.

  Guests are spread over three different sites, 2 on a site with the Virtual Center, 2, on another site and another site.

  I want to upgrade to vSphere 4.0.

  I intend on creating a new server vCenter Server, so I can move to a 64 bit OS. I'll join the old database to the new server and have the Installer update the diagram for me. I'll probably keep the old server online that my license server until the upgrade process is complete, and then decommision it.

  I'll also have an instance of Update Manager, installed on the new server vCenter Server that I am building.

  My question is, what is the most effective way to make upgrades to host account to the fact that 3 of the hosts have a WAN link between them and the instance of Update Manager?

  To patch, you can use the functionality of the step of the Update Manager.

  But for the stage of upgrade (IMHO) might be better to use a local client computer with vSphere host Update Utility:

  Download ISO locally, and then run the upgrade.

  I worked on a flash Simulator to show what our product would look like twin rangefinder Expert. The idea is to fly over an area, or image and show the range or extent to which the object is to you.

  You can't have different functions with the same name.  Back to my previous answer (4) where I talk about using the tables of information/data and event.currentTarget.name.

• Binary read with one of the many possible definitions - or - how ot loop over different groups?

  Hi all

  I have a group of different data types that I save as a binary file and read it again at a later date with an another VI. I saved the definiton of cluster with a typedef, so I am sure that I use the same type of reading and writing.

  Now, I needed to change the cluster in the writing program should include another value. However, I still want to be able to use the VI of reading to read the old and new data files. I also have the opportunity to change the definition of binary file in the future (in VI writing) and be able to quickly adapt the VI to read the new definition while maintaining compatibility with the old.

  My plan was to have a typedef of the pole for each revision, say v1.ctl, v2.ctl, v3.ctl...

  Suppose I have a binary input file that has been saved using one of these typedefs but I don't know which. I now open the file and try to read its binary contents with each of my typedefs for data type and to stop once the reading of the binary VI gives no error. Then I would translate this cluster to the definition of cluster current version by wiring through existing values and assigning values of model / default for variables that are not on the binary file.

  My idea on how this could work is described here, with three versions of filetype:

  

  For each new version of filetype I would need a new business structure although the content of the business structures is almost identical.

  Because I save the file type definition version in my files, I could even simplify and use a separate case structure to update the data and fill in the dummy data:

  

  Now the error structures are completely identical, only their inputs differ by type. How can I work around this? How can I loop over the typedefs from different cluster effectively?

  I use LabView 2012 SP1.

  Since you already have a version of the cluster, just read this byte digital itself and then use a case structure date back to before the version and read the entire cluster based on whatever the version of the type definition read you.

• multi home VPN is possible on different WAN/IP

  We have three sonicwall tz210 Site A is used when a server is hosted, site b and C to connect to the site through VPN through a static ip address. We would like to add a second provider of access to the main site (at least) for a failover. Second ISP will have obviously completely different IP "address, and of course the VPN will never find the tunnel due to the new ip address.

  Is it possible to configure where if site B and C don't see Site A, it will jump over to the second IP address and use that for the VPN tunnel?

  As long as you do not use "tunnel interface" mode and then tap the VPN configuration page, it takes an option to put in a secondary gateway.

  If the tunnel is unable to build the bridge main will failover and try to build to the secondary gateway.

• Controller - question Source of export range

  I wrote a plugin export controller which works with a database to save the metadata and moving exported media autour where to go for reading (automation of the TV station).  One thing that I have been unable to solve is the notion of the user to choose whether they want the entire exported sequence, the work area, or points of output exported.  I am unable to really find this in the documentation for the software development kit, instead of exports simply visit the entire timeline.  In a plain vanilla media export, the user can select the range of the Source and choose things like the work area, in/out sequence or customization.  I probably just lack, but I do not see where the hooks to do this are in the controller to the export SDK.  Can someone give me a little push in the right direction on where I can put it is to export the entire timeline or only work area in a controller to export?

• How can I select the first date (at least) and the corresponding date of two different tables source?

  I have 2 tables, INVOICE and INVOICE_REFNUM similar to below. I'm writing a query that withdrawing the first date (less) for a single record remaining the two tables. Each table records the receipt of invoices, but according to the source of the received invoice some may reside in INVOICE_REFNUM and others the INVOICE table. I also use DECODE on the topic of INVOICE_SOURCE, when the date less is taken from the INVOICE table that contains that field, so if the date is in the field INVOICE_REFNUM DECODE is not necessary. Example:

  There is no reason to do an outer join if you only want the lines with specific values anyway.

  What happens if the 2 tables have exactly the same invoice_date?  The query above takes the invoice_source of invoice_refnum in this case, but that can easily be changed.

  Or the other of the insert_dates can be NULL?

  You need a separate data by application source otherwise each application will overwrite the other that they will share the same relational tables, if you want the planning application to work properly then two apps = two data sources

  I tried to find a way to fade and fade out text and came up with the following solution:

  It works:

  --Commencer start with an empty project, add a video clip (video 1 track)

  -Add a block of text by default to the video 2 track, accept the text by default, simply apply FadeInByLine animation

  -Add a block of text by default to the video 3 track, accept the text by default, simply apply the animation FadeOutByLine

  -Re-position the block of text to the video 3 track so he starts where the block of text in video track 2 ends

  For now I guess you have to first items 11, 12 or 13 on Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 64bits.

  You forgot a fundamental principle of the titration module. You cannot copy a title, change the copy without your changes to the copy in the original title.

  What you need to do, this is the original in the assets of the project right click and select duplicate. Duplicate will have a different name from the original... Drag the duplicate to the timeline

  and make your changes without simultaneously changing the text in the original to match your changes in the copy.

  Why you not only add a Fade In and Fade Out for the title, rather than text animators applying the way you have?

  With the closed titration module, right-click on the title on the timeline, select melted, then fade in video. Then, right click the title again, this time in video output.

  You will notice that the clip of two sets of white dots on the orange band that goes by the title, a set at the beginning of the title, and another series at the end of the title. Them are opacity keyframes. You can adjust these 'points' with the mouse cursor to customize your fades.

  If you do not use the double active project to avoid the titles of all ending up with the same changes, then just rename a title in the active project.

  When I call the query qProducts getSupplier, I get a "runtime database query error - db2.tbl_product does not exist.
  
  It's like in the qProducts query, the data source seems to be instead of db1 db2 and db2 does indeed not tbl_product.
  
  However if we define a variable for example

  then, in the query qProducts write us

  the query runs without any problem.
  
  Can you please advise on this issue? It's a scope issue? Is this a problem with CF itself?

  If you use an IPsec VPN connection, no broadcast/multicast traffic would pass through the tunnel (NetBIOS).

  I think that if you use another type of VPN PPTP or L2TP connection, you might be able to pass NetBIOS traffic through the tunnel very well.
