After installing this driver WiFI Radio does not work: it is not possible to turn on the WiFi radio.

In the menu to diagnose the hardware test fails for this device, claiming that the wireless adapter is disabled or uninstalled.   Adobe has disabled the server activation for pre CS3 products a long time ago and that's why you are unable to activate your product.
