  We use the ipad app OBIEE (version 11.1.1.6.1140) - HD version, against a BP1 Server 11.1.1.6.2. Several weeks ago, when I tested it, it worked fine. I can surely see how it would be about, so much more than other devices are connect well. I'm happy to help you to get this resolved with you.

  First of all, I recommend you to reset the network settings. Tap Settings > general > reset > reset network settings. This operation brings back all the network settings to the default settings, including the Wi - Fi networks and passwords, cell settings, VPN, and APN.

  If the problem persists, try with another Wi - Fi network. Additionally, make sure that your Wi - Fi router has been updated with the latest firmware.

• BBC iplayer is not AirPlay APPLETV since recent iOS upgrade 9.3.3. I used 2 iPads and 2 iPhones to do for at least two years, but now all content not mirroring BBC iplayer blocking Apple TV... Netflix still works!
