  I had the same problem. At the same time hold the screen lock button and the home button until your iPhone restarts. That solved the problem for me.

When I connect my phone to my computer using the USB cable and open iTunes, the phone does not automatically sync and when I go to file > devices > Sync, the sync option is grayed out and I see either phone anywhere icon in iTunes.

  So basically since a few days my phone sometimes don't remain not connected to the internet network of BT-Hub3. I connect to it and then sometimes, it will stay connected for a minute for a few seconds and then disconnect. When I go to the wifi thing it seems available to connect to. After a couple of times that to happen, it will say wrong password (this is the password) and disconnect me and then I have to type the password. Repeat to infinity. It's honestly so frustrating.

  Sometimes it will stay and be fine but his is happened twice in the last few days and never happened before with any phone I've had.

  I try my phone with my BT-Hub4 internet network and it will stay connected. The only problem with this is that the internet is further (bottom), so has a low connection that does not charge anything unless I lean on my bed.

  Initially, I assumed my internet pick, but I'm typing this I am connected to the network BT-Hub3 without disconnect him, even once.

  I had the phone for a year and 2 months (previous owner had since October/November/December in the year of release) and recently got a replacement of the unofficial battery if this of any help. I also still have my phone on the low power mode. The phone always properly connect to the BT-Hub3 network even with unofficial battery and low power however mode.

  I had several other problems with the phone (camera, apps download not heat no reason apparent, random battery drains despite the new battery in just 3 months and has the same problem with the battery, slow Touch ID that apparently is not normal), which most recently happened.

  I had all the settings to reset a week or two ago but surely if who messed with my settings internet I would have had the internet issue earlier? Not sure if I should try to reset the network settings. I hate this and only do if I need to.

  The first thing I recommend you do is follow the steps described in the following article. It seems that you have already experienced some of these steps, but I want to be sure that you have covered everything.

  If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch connects to a Wi - Fi network

  Since you mentioned that your iPhone will stay connected to your network to another, you can take a look at the network settings for the one that you are having problems staying connected to. Article below provides information about network configurations suggested for Apple devices. You can also check with the manufacturer for your BT 3 - Hub see if there are updates that must be performed. This can cause problems with disconnects.

  Recommended settings for the WiFi routers and access points

  For other problems you mentioned (apps do not download, camera, battery draining, contact ID, etc.) reset settings was a big step in troubleshooting to try. If these things are always happening, I recommend making a backup of your iPhone and then restore it via iTunes. The backup will ensure that your data is saved. When you perform the restore via iTunes, you'll want to set up as a new device (temporarily), and then test it. Once you test, you can try to restore your backup. You can find all of the information below, you will need.

  I'm not able to operate my phone iphone 6, the screen does not respond, the phone seems to be quierying all the time, preventing the operation of the device.  When it is connected to a power source, my iphone 6 has a mind of its own, it begins to open applications, make phone calls to random contacts and is inadmissible.

  Try to press and hold the power button / stop and the button "home" at the same time. Wait for the phone to restart, and then try to use your screen as you normally do.

  If this does not work the first time, try it again, until it works. It might take three resets for screen to start working again.

• iPhone does not backup on iCloud despite the library on

  Please check that your device is correctly connected to the wireless internet (settings > wifi) and is plugged into a power source, check also that you have enough space in iCloud for your back upward.

  You can check the space available in settings > iCloud > storage and the space needed for the next backup to the settings > iCloud > storage > Storage manage > backups > appliance > Back Up Options > next backup size (wait for the spinning until the gear icon).

  Assuming that you are eligible for iCloud upward, you should try a forced first stop, hold down the buttons side in top and home together until the unit stops, then restart by pressing the side/up button.

  Then, try to connect the device to a new location (different WiFi network)

  If your backup continues to fail, you can try to disable the backup on your mobile device (settings > iCloud > backup), reboot the device and then turn on BackUp on new.

  If this help not disable backup again, remove your existing back to the top of settings > iCloud > storage > Storage manage > backup > this device (scroll down) > delete backup, restart the device and then turn on BackUp.

  If you are unable to make a return to the top, try to connect on iCloud (settings > iCloud (scroll down) > Sign Out (you will need to enter your password at this point), restart the device and sign in iCloud to settings > iCloud.)

  The next thing to try would be to restore your network settings. (Settings > general > reset > reset network settings)

  Reset your network settings will erase your cell phones and wireless network settings, including saved networks, passwords for wifi and VPN settings, that you can use. It will affect to the Internet but will not be an impact on telephone services because these settings are automatically configured by your carrier. It may take a few moments to enter again all your network settings, but it shouldn't cause you any major problems. If you are comfortable re - enter your network settings, you can try this step earlier in the troubleshooting procedure, i.e. after the forced shutdown suggested above.

  If this does not help, try to disable some elements for the back upward in a model to try to establish if your problem is caused by specific data on your device. You can do with settings > iCloud > storage > storage management > backup > appliance > Back Up Options.

  If you are still not able to perform a backup from iCloud, you can try to restore your phone which you should do by making an iTunes backup via your computer and restore from that.

  Be able to go back to the cloud can be very useful, especially if you have access to a computer or rarely have access to one, however unless you need specifically to use iCloud to go back, you'll find a backup on iTunes much more convenient and possibly more reliable. However if you save up to iTunes be sure to encrypt the back upward if you want to keep your data on health and passwords etc.

  My husband & I had the new iphone4s Apple. We also got a new printer Officejet 4622 around the same time. We have everything synced up to w / our PCs, iphones (2), & printer. It was great! As a first step, we could really print Photos, Documents, Etc. directly from anywhere from our phones on our printer sitting at home! But then we did not have our fax plugged in right (we were not able to send or receive a fax at all) so we "thought" was only what was necessary to connect to our fax to power send & receive a fax.

  Now as I said our Phones (2) DO NOT even give us the opportunity to send it to our printer at home more! Help, please!
