iPhone 5 s is not connect to iTunes
A week or two ago, I connected my phone to my computer to make a backup. As normal, iTunes open when the phone connected, but then he said that I had to update iTunes. I did this (version 12.5.1.21), but then iTunes does not recognize my phone and still does not work. The phone will appear in the file Explorer. When I connect the phone, I get a message on the phone asking to authorize access to pictures and videos, which I welcome. How can I my iTunes to recognize my phone. IOS is also updated to version 10.0.2.

-Restart each device

-Check for updates for both devices (whether they are for the program, drivers, or for each device itself, I.E. of IOS or Windows)
-Through the Apple website and followed all the troubleshooting guides (iPhone, iPad, or iPod not recognized in iTunes for Windows - Apple Support)
I don't know what else to do or try, and I just want to listen to my music. Any help would be really appreciated.

My IPod is not connecting to iTunes... I have tried everything uninstalled reinstalled several times, reset my ipod to factory settings, the lot and ITunes still does not recognize my Ipod... In also spent more than three hours on thephone to the Apple Support and no further... can someone help me with this problem?
Looks like you have to try to put the iPod in recovery mode. If you can't do that, then the more likely iPod must be repaired.
If you are unable to update or restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch - Apple supports
Read all the steps before you start make sure that you understand them easily. You can also try to connect to another computer with iTunes.
It may be better for you to take it to an Apple Store. They can connect on one of their computers and try recovery mode to ensure that nothing else is causing the problem.

iPod Touch will not connect to iTunes
My iPod Touch will not connect to iTunes. When I connect it to my laptop with the cable my laptop USB recognizes the iPod begins to charge and 10 Windows asks me if I want to open it to view files, but it seems to treat it as a camera and I just want to know if I want to get pictures on it and on the laptop.
I made sure I have the latest software updates on the iPod and iTunes and thought this would fix the problem, but iTunes still does not recognize my iPod because it never appears on the Panel for me to sync things for her, etc.
How can I get my iPod to be recognized by iTunes again? Very recently, it stopped connecting.
If your computer does not recognize your iOS device, follow the steps proposed by Apple.

IPhone will not connect to iTunes - "invalid response received from the device."
After years of work very well, I went to put some new music on my phone and all of a sudden got this message "iTunes could not connect to the iPhone 'IPhone of David Platts' because an invalid response was received from the device."?
I've tried different USB ports, different cables (some Apple official, some after market) and several reboots, but nothing works.
I'm 10.7.5 OSX and IOS 10 phone you.
Thanks for the help.
You have a problem.
It is good that you have told us you're OS x 10.7.5 (current is MacOS 10.12), because it is your problem.
iOS 10 requires iTunes 12.5.1 or later to communicate. iTunes 12.5.1 requres OS X 10.9.5 or later version.
It's (time to upgrade the operating system of your Mac spent).

iPhone 6 will not connect to iTunes
Hi all!
Here's my problem: my iPhone 6 (iOS 10.0.1) does not connect to my iTunes (11.4) on my Macbook Pro (2008) 10.6.8 running. The message I get is: "iTunes could not connect to the iPhone 6 because an invalid response was received from the device."
The steps I did:
1 - uninstall iTunes and reset the folder (/ var/db/lockdown) reinstall iTunes (11.4). When I connect my phone iPhone and iTunes asks if I want to trust each other. I click ok and trust on both.
.. .and that's it! Still does not work.
Any idea?
Thank you!
CiberBob
You are right. An iPhone with iOS 10.0.1 requires the latest version of iTunes, 12.5.1, which requires OS X 10.9.5 or above. Your version of iTunes is too old, just like the OS X version to support.

My iPhone will not connect to iTunes, but connects to my laptop
I recently installed the latest update to iTunes and after that installation of this update iTunes does not recognize my device. I then installed version 12.4.1 in the hope that it would solve the problem but it didn't.
I tried uninstalling iTunes and reinstalling it but that has not worked.
It does not connect with my iPad either, but both devices connect to my laptop.
I have windows 10.
I have this same problem do you know how to fix it yet?
