iPhone 6s - no Service

Hello

Monday I lost the signal on my phone and when I got home I contacted Vodafone, right there that it was a few hours, I had no service, who said they would have raised this issue and it will take 1-2 days to fix the problem.

I talked to them on the Live Chat today and they said that they can not find a topic on their side and is not an explanation to why I have no service on my iPhone 6. I'm running on the 9.3.4 iOS

I did the following troubleshooting ideas:

  • On and outside airplane mode
  • SIM card and return to
  • Reset the phone
  • Reset the network settings
  • Reset all settings

I wonder if anyone else has had this kind of problem? I don't know what else to do. The nearest Apple Store can not see me for more than a week and there is no option to send the phone to make a repair on the Web site of my account details.

EDIT: The phone is less then a year old and is still under the warranty of the manufacturer of the base until the end of September.

Might be useful to ask Vodafone to make an exchange of SIM card? May be a faulty SIM card - if they could not find a cause of network that could be useful a go. They can usually do it for you in a store. I had to do this several times with O2.

If you have someone else with Vodafone and the SIM, it might be good to ask if you can put the card in your phone, see if good size who then brought back the signal - take then from hardware with phone problems.
