• Two iphones and recent calls duplicate.

  I use 2 iPhones.  One is my staff (6) one and the other is provided by my employer (5 c) for business calls.  Both have iOS 9.2

  The problem I have is that my recent calls are duplicated on both phones.  My staff is T-Mobile while the other is Verizon.  Sometimes even the voice box is found on both (although the record is not on the other).  It is just listed at once.

  As you can imagine, this causes me some confusion.  The only thing I can think is that I use my Apple ID on both so I can use my apps on either.  But why that should cause this?

  Yes, if you use the same Apple ID on both, call logs will be synchronized.

  Some people have reported that, if they will turn off iCloud Drive, call logs stops the synchronization. Of course, then you can not use iCloud drive.

  Yes, they will show in the Audio tab in FaceTime.

• How to stop to iMessage and FaceTime on iMac from iPhone / iPad

  Hi all

  I can't figure out how to stop to get FaceTime and iMessages on my iMac, when people send to my iPhone or iPad.    I figured out stop to happen between my iPhone and iPad.    I when in preferences on FaceTime and iMessage on my iMac and not addresses but they don't entirely uncheck/disable.   There may be something in the settings of the iPad and iPhone to stop going to the iMac?    I watched the setting on these devices and saw nothing, but I am a fool with this stuff and I could have overlooked a fix.

  The iPhone and the iPad should be connected to different Apple IDs to iCloud. If you turn on iCloud for both and they are saved in the same Apple ID and you select this option for sync or download content, they should be the same, or you will crush either. Separate IDs is the only answer.

After checking both are true I suggest you try a reset (two aircraft): press and hold the sleep/wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears. -Note: no data will be lost.   iBooks has suddenly stopped syncing between my 6s iPhone and iPad Mini.  Both are running iOS 9.3, and the sync was working well for several days after I updated the two devices.  The two options of synchronization (bookmarks/notes and collections) are enabled for both devices.  And no matter on which device I add a bookmark or a note. It will not synchronize with the other device.

  I rebooted both devices and enabled the synchronization options, and then on again, but I was not able to run.

• Impossible to make FaceTime calls on iPhone 7 using Siri

  I tried to use Siri to do a FaceTime call tonight and gave an unusual error: "I wish I could, but FaceTime is configured with me yet."

  I'm able to get Siri to open the FaceTime app, simply cannot access directly from my contacts and apart from this Siri works fine on the iPhone 7, including SMS and regular audio calls.

  I tried a FaceTime using Siri call on 3 old iPhone models (5s, 6 + and 6s), all running iOS 10, and it worked properly on each of them, she was with both iOS 9 and 10 on the same model of 6s for the past year, so this leads me to believe it's a problem iPhone 7 (or an individual defective unit) rather than a problem of iOS 10.

  I checked a number of settings on the iPhone 7 before coming here:

  • Siri is enabled.

• No reliable WiFi for iPhone and iPad

  I have an Airport Express, Time Capsule with two extensions Express airport and once every 3 days I have to power cycle to get my iPad and iPhone to be able to use the Wifi.  I-devices connect and show they have Wifi signal but they cannot transmit data. The airport on the iPhone and iPad App show Extenders but do not see the time Capsule (which provides the route to the internet) when this symptom occurs. I have also 2 MacBooks using the airport for Wifi and they do not seem to be affected. Once I have power cycle the Wifi Time Capsule works again for up to 3 days and then I'm right back where I started.

  I am really frustrated with this, if anyone has any ideas of what I can do to fix this, I'd love to hear them. -Like to me, I may need to consider a new airport or an alternative companies Wifi router to get the reliability, I need.

  FWIW, there were a few post here associated with iOS 10 and network connectivity. Nothing substantial, but just letting you know. However, one question would be: do you have this start happening after the upgrade of your iOS devices? It also affects your so non - iOS devices?

  That said, let's try to exclude your current network configuration. You mentioned that you have Time Capsule (TC) and extend its Wi - Fi network with two base station AirPort Express (AX). Is the link between the AXs and the TC wired or wireless?

  What are the exact models of each of your base stations? Where the AXs extending regarding the TC?

  As far as I can tell, I have my contacts updated in place to sync between my iPhone and iMac.  I have 193 contacts on my iPhone and iPad.

I know how important it is to have your contacts consistently on all of your devices, especially if you need stay in touch throughout the day. I will do all I can to help. Looks like you have configured correctly the things, but synchronization may have just gotten hung up.

  One of the easiest ways we can try to kick start things must simply sign your Mac off iCloud and then again to make a new connection. After a few minutes, the contacts should begin to update. To do this, you can open your system preferences, click the iCloud and click Disconnect. Your Mac will give you the option to keep or remove certain information. Whenever the option is available, do not forget to click on "continue on my Mac.

  Once you have disconnected, go ahead and reboot then reconnect and give contacts for a few minutes to download and update.

  If they are not always appear, while he would have to do is go to iCloud on a computer using this link: iCloud.  When you are there, click on Contacts and see if they all appear correctly there.
