  This is normal behavior if you have connected to an audio system supports A2DP audio streaming.

  That cannot be disabled on the phone. You will need to disable A2DP on the radio in your car.

  I usually go to Bluetooth in settings and try to disconnect and connect to Bluetooth.

  It is possible to link several Apple Watch with a unique iPhone, but do not associate a watch with more than one iPhone at the same time.
