iPhone not connect incoming calls - VERY serious situation 6s

My question connects to a case of sexual assault, then I sincerely hope someone will be able to help. The only reason why I have mentioned all the details, it's that I want to explain the problem as clearly as possible, in hopes of understanding.

A woman with disabilities was assaulted at an outdoor event. His phone was close to her all night, but she didn't return home with him. It was 'discovered' the next morning and turned in to staff the event, possibly by the perpetrator, because he was a friend of the victim. When she received the phone via FedEx, he was turned on and was still the life of the battery left.

The assault took place between 23:30 and 01:45. A record of all the entrants, missed until midnight on the night of the attack were present on his phone call log. However, it is then that she passed out. And for the next hour and 45 minutes, several people have tried to call her about 20 times in total, no response. But when she has the phone back, there was NO RECORD of the any of these calls have been received by the phone. Calls simply never took place, as far as his phone was concerned.

My first thought was, that it had removed their deleted file recovery software showed not that is the case. Once again, it seems as if the calls were never made, despite the fact that the phone receiver was on and running all the time. And now, with the back of the phone, it is again functioning as exppected, logging and have a record of all missed calls if the phone is on or off.

How could it be? What could explain this window of 12 hours with no call recording? We will be eternally grateful if anyone can understand this.

Thank you

JS

Not to record missed calls, I think that, if the product is connected to the wide.

He might have been running later.

Or he might not be in a signal box.

The sim card could have been removed.  There are many explanations.

  • SPA112 does not receive incoming calls

This a a new SPA112 set up for RingCentral in the USA (www.ringcentral.com)

I can make outgoing calls. I can receive incoming calls if they are for a short period after an outgoing call - I care, but after a longer period, the phone does not ring on incoming calls. If I make an outgoing call then I can receive incoming calls again for a short period. So it seems that some timeout in game. I spent hours with the support of RingCentral and they can't figure it out - they said now they give me is no longer supported. They sell the SPA122 (which is essentially the same device) so I don't see why the SAP112 will not work.

A log file is attached. There are 3 calls, 1 call is a call that didn't go off, call 2 is a call out, call 3 is a call that rang.

SPA112 122 using the same firmware, so has the same functionality with regard to phones. The 122 has just an extra ethernet port you can connect between your modem and your router (or computer).

It seems that you lose your registration to their servers. I say that because there is nothing in the paper to suggest even the first call made to you. In addition, when you try to make an outgoing call, you get a "407 Proxy authentication required" back, which means their servers doesn't know who you are. Once you authenticate, the call passes by and you are registered and can receive calls, until the registration expires.

Under the "line 1" (or 2 as the case my be), under "Proxy and registration", make sure that 'Register' is set to 'Yes'. "." If it's already like that, check the value of "record expires. This is the number of seconds between records. I have mine has 180 (3 minutes). But you can try lower values, even 30 seconds and see if it makes a difference.

  • BlackBerry Z10 z10 does not answer incoming calls

I have a new weird problem with my z10 (my only question until now). When an incoming call arrives, the screen goes to the PHONE application and freezes there. I can't do anything to answer the call. Then, when the person leaves me a voicemail, I can not the keyboard seems to get my voicemail password. The screen is still frozen on the PHONE app page. I can close this app, but the call remains open and if I click on the call (at the bottom left of the screen), it simply goes back to the PHONE app page where I can't press anything or do anything except by scanning up to close the application.

Did restart you the device by removing the battery?

You must change in the line-1/2 tab:

    NAT mapping enable: don't-online Yes

NAT keep alive enable: don't-online Yes

Then, you can control the interval keepalive on SIP tab:

  • Incoming calls mute after updating iOS 10.0.0.2 iPhone SE

    Hello

After the update of 10.0.0.2, I saw a strange problem on my iPhone SE:

    • Incoming calls appear to be muted 2 ways (the two of us don't hear)
    • The speaker and mute icons on the screen looks normal (non-active)
    • When pressing the speaker icon 2 times (the first time it activates the "speaker" icon, but not the President himself, the second time, it disables the icon) all works fine again.

It's the same when you use the standard helmet.

A reboot seems to fix my problem for 1 time. But after that, the problem returns.

I could not find any related problem, so maybe I'm missing some (new) settings?

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Peter

    Hi Montfrooij,

Thank you for using communities of Apple Support. From what you have said, it seems that you are not able to hear a person during a call on the iPhone. Looks like you already have a troubleshooting.  I recommend you to read this article, it may be able to help solve the problem. You can also check that the iPhone is not connected to a headset Bluetooth, the sound of routing to that rather than the receiver.

  • Can block incoming calls from a number?

We used the blocking calls in the Manager of administration to block some outgoing calls - 900 numbers, 976, etc.. I guess it works. The question I have is if it this or something else can be used to block INBOUND calls. For example, we received, shall we say, a vulgar call. We do want to hear from the appellant in the future. I tried to add my number to test, but I can go very well.
Based on the documentation, it is not clear to me that it does not block incoming calls.
Enter a phone number or a model block. For example, to block all calls to the
858-410-1600 number, enter the number as indicated. It blocks only calls
place to the specific number is entered.
Thus, this part specifically calls 'to' this number will be blocked. No mention of calls from this number.
But then, you can check the box "Outgoing call" to block outgoing calls...
Check this box to prevent the agents or the Call Center On Demand
system of automatic reminder to place calls to numbers corresponding to the model
you have specified. Clear this check box to allow outgoing calls to the numbers corresponding to the
    the model.
So, why bother with the call-out if adding box it blocks calls to a number (or model) in the first place?
But, to my immediate problem - then - I block incoming calls?

To block an incoming call, follow these steps:

    1. create a routing pattern prefix is the number you want to block. One of them will be created for each number block unless you use the AFN or NXX and a wildcard.
    2. create a prefix in the routing group that includes the Microsoft Routing prefix model you just created.
    3. create a new project (or campaign) Menu.
    a. place the default link to disconnect. (You can play an audio first if you wish).
    4. create a new project.
    a. allow a phone project, but do not assign a DNIS.
    b. route all calls to this project from the project Menu has created...
5 blocking occurs at the level of the project. If the number to be blocked for more than 1 DNIS, make the following change to each of the projects.
    a. open the project in question, and then click the phone tab.
    b. click the routing of Prefix tab and activate the prefix routing.
    c. Select the prefix for the created routing group and that it points to the new project.

Alternatively, you can make the call blocking since in a campaign, but this requires that each time a new number must be blocked or unblocked, we need to make the change. By using the above steps, the client can add/remove numbers.

  • How do I stop sharing incoming/calls recent calls on my OWN multi iOS devices (iPhone 4 6) connected to WiFi even with same OWN Apple ID

I have iPhone 4 devices 6 sim cards from different countries and of course with my own unique Apple ID and while that for WiFi connections even all devices begins reception even incoming call and ringing all at the same time! In addition the recent calls log will be showing that the calls or calls missed on all devices! … I changed hands and face time and sharing on all devices... but still the same problem any feature that really boring case and mix up my call logs.

Who told you that it is a feature... OK... I respect your reply and my answer to you that I have the right not to have this great feature on my own multi devices which of course, I use only my same apply id on each of them and I'll connect them all to the same WiFi. then please underestimated that a function can be turned off or the user-controlled means it is not a feature and its name called (BUG)

If you share an Apple ID, call logs will be shared. Some people have reported success to stop this behavior by turning to iCloud by car. If you need this feature, you're stuck with the sharing of call logs, until Apple decides to change the way the phone works. Just because you don't like not the feature does not mean that it is a bug. It simply means that this is a feature that you don't like.
