  Hi, I work in an editor and I sell digital books from high school. My folios are large (600-700 MB), I've build with InDesign CC and the current version of my application is v27.

  Lately, my clients downloaded DPS folios have been vanishing (they have 2, 3 iPads and air). After doing some tests on an iPad 2, I realized what happens each time that its hd is full (I downloaded folios and I filled my hd until the "hd is full" warning appeared). It seems that the iPad removes my folios for free space after it restarts. This happened to anyone before? Is there a way out? Thank you.

  The operating system manages the disk space and will remove the content to free up space when necessary. DPS apps are in line with the directives of Apple and store the folios in a place that allows to manage the operating system.   Wes - unfortunately, there is currently no easy way to replace or update a folio created using the Bundler prerelease content. The program team is working on a solution for a next version. In the meantime, if the folio is free instead of the retail, you can use the Bundler content to remove the old folios, as you suggest and use new tools to publish a fact sheet with the same name. But I would not if I could avoid it. Your customers who have downloaded the folio see two identical folios until they delete (archive) of the older folio. If your folio is from detail, I recommend that you maintain on the replacement of the old folio until a better solution of the transition is in place.

  You did a great job trying to fix this yourself! The receiver of the iPhone will not work properly if it is blocked or dirty. Please try the following steps to remove the receiver. Test the issue after each step. :

  • Make sure that nothing is blocking the receiver, such as a case or a movie.
    If you have a new iPhone, remove the plastic on the front and the rear of the unit.
  • Check the receiver opening to see if it is blocked or dirty. If necessary, clean the receiver opening with a clean brush, dry, soft.
  • While you're online, turn on the speaker. If you still do not hear, then your network or the reception might be the issue. Try calling again later or somewhere else
