  If an iPhone won't load, I suspect the battery to go bad, or bad. You can contact the Apple support and they can diagnose the battery, or you can make an appointment at the Genius Bar in the Apple store nearest, or service provider authorized Apple to have the studied unit. There is an associated cost of replacing the battery.

• iPhone won't charge after using a mini fan

  My sister bought this mini fan $ 1 that plugs into the port of loading of your iPhone and the fan uses the iPhone's battery to do the fan moving.  Today I plugged my iPhone with the fan and the fan started spinning and then all of a sudden it just stopped, my sister was in the room and said "Oh that happened when I used it and now my phone won't load" so I went and tried to plug it into a wall charger and it would not load the only way that load right now is in having plugged into the computer.  Can someone please help me and try to understand this?

  You should get the phone reviewed by Apple or an Apple authorized Service provider near your place. It is perhaps a problem with your docking port, maybe some pins were damaged by the plug of your fan.

• 5s iPhone won't charge or turn on.

  I had my 5s Iphone since August 2014 and am fully aware that my phone comes towards the end of its life cycle, but just need to work a few months until my upgrade later this year. For the last 3-4 months, my phone has acted upward. In the past it is; is completely recharged, but dies suddenly, go to a black screen but it is in fact of suite, and more importantly (in reference to the question of today ' hui) continues to load - correctly. After being unable to charge my phone correctly, I looked on the forums of apple help where I saw advice on licking the tip of the charger. I did this successfully today for the last month. But today, my phone is completely insensitive. I can not activate it or load it.

  I tried;

  • Restart the phone
  • Switch the phone on
  • Load (for up to 3 hours) in the wall, the laptop and portable charger
  • Flicking the ringer on and outside
  • Cleaning of the port of loading with a toothpick
  • Restart the phone on itunes on my laptop

  But nothing seems to work, the screen remains black and my laptop does not even recognize that a device is connected. So I guess that the charger is to blame and it has some corrosion-so I suspect my licking. I have tried to charge my phone on another lightning cable, but it didn't work--but the owner of this cable has had problems charging their phone with this charger also. After doing more research, I discovered the possibility of charger being a forgery. It is not my original charger and I have no idea where it just because a friend gave me he knows not where they had bought. The only telltale sign, it could be a counterfeit is not having is not the 'safe' mark register on the head of charger, set apart from that - it seems quite authentic. I'm hoping to get a new authentic charger in the very near future, but in the meantime, can anyone help at all?

• I've lost the ability to sync my playlists from my mac to mac iPhone and iPod since the latest updates made!

  I've lost the ability to check what playlists I want to sync between my computer laptop mac and my iPhone and iPod. When I look for my playlist it only shows "all my songs. I can see my playlists in the sidebar on the left, but I don't have a summary page let me choose what songs or lists I want to synchronize with other devices. Anyone know how to go back to the way it was, or should I give up iTunes and lose all the songs that I bought!

• iPhone won't charge

  my iPhone does not a plugin wall.  It loads VERY SLOWLY, plugged into the computer.  He is only 8 months old.   I tried to force it took off with the House and on the buttons.  That did not help.

  Try to gently clean the lightning port on the iPhone with a toothpick. fluff or debris can cause a bad connection.

  "Sleep" mode should make the display turns off. Is - this just dim halfway? If so, it is not normal.

  When I go to icloud on the web on my pc and click on find my iphone and enter my apple ID and password you are prompted, I get the message "update of your apple ID" and cannot go any further. Sometimes I quick check if ID valid and I'm rejected when I type in my current code. (I think that it is a command prompt to get the ID but I a)  My apple ID and password working everywhere else.  Therefore, I can't use find my phone (it does not work when I do it on the Iphone, but I want it to work on the Web on pc, when my iphone is lost.)

  I think Apple wants that you update your password to a password more sure. Go to https://appleid.apple.com and change your password to one that is more secure.

  Force restart your iPhone.

  Press and hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

  If this does not help, charge the battery for at least an hour, then try to turn it on.

  The track is corrupted. Delete the song, then re-upload again under iTunes Store purchases.

  It is an old bug in an older version of IOS, which seems to have returned.

  Basically the links in the emails no longer work. So URL will not activate safari. Have you tried many different emails, have shutdown and restarted the phone. Of course closed the mail application. Nothing gives. Yet, everything works well on my iPad pro, which also runs from 9.3.

  The full version is 9.3 (13E233) on the iPhone.

  Full version on the iPad pro is the same.

  Hello! The problem has already been solved. Update to iOS 9.3.1 is already available through iTunes or live.

  It is on a single application, or more than one?  If more than one, click on all except one and get them to take a break.  Update one application at a time.

  Also try to reset your iPhone.  Press and hold the power and home together for 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
