Hey guys,.
I have an iPod touch 5G and I forgot the password for it. And, as far as I know, that I don't ever put it automatically become invalid after a certain number of retries evil enter the 4 numbers.
Well, I was guessing the days now and every mere conjecture was wrong. I don't remember the password! Now, he says: "iPod is disabled connect to iTunes".
Because he has apparently disabled now, (1) is this mean enter the correct password (if sometimes I enter it correctly!) will not work? And (2) how long he will remain handicapped for?
Any help would be great!
Thank you.
Dave

MY son was given to iPod touch for Christmas a few days after Christmas. I did not notice immediately that I had not seen it & seven was asked if it was sold. There are many ways our teenagers can listen to free music, I thought that nothing about it. I ran across this new iPod today & loaded up and the screen says iPod is disabled and try again in 23,676,116 minutes. And the date, it's showing is Dec. 31, probably been that way all the time. He's an adult now and I thought I would use it. Can you imagine my surprise and suspicion with this message? Help?
You can plug it into a computer, open Itunes and then to put the ipod in itunes mode (don't know how = youtube) and finally click on factory settings
You now have an Ipod 'new '.
No problem

I need help to reset the unit so that I can use it... TQ
Turn the iPod into the nearest police station, it it is not yours.
If the iPod is disabled, this means that the owner has enabled iCloud locking.
There is NO WAY to bypass the lock to iCloud.
There is NO point to what iCloud lock if it could be bypassed.
iCloud lock is a measure of protection against theft.

Don't remember my iPod access code
So basically, I have an iPod Touch (4th generation) and I don't remember the password.
-I entered incorrectly a password enough times now that when I turn it on, it says "iPod is disabled. Connect to iTunes. "
-It would be nice, but I threw the computer that I modified it synchronized with a few years ago and so could not connect to iTunes.
-There is a small chance that I am able to guess the password if I continue to try, but can't because it is locked.
-Restore the iPod isn't an option because I don't want to lose important data (photos, music, etc.).
-I do not know what operating system (iOS), he is currently using.
(1) how can I work around «iPod is dΘsactivΘe.» Connect to iTunes"and try a different access code?
(2) if I can't understand the password, is it possible to bypass without erase all data ?

iPod touch recognized as a digital camera, apple says it's a windows problem
iPod touch is recognized as a problem digital camera.the says it's a windows problem...
Hi cuteshey,
Welcome on the site of Microsoft Windows Vista Community.
Solution 1: Update the drivers
(1) the Device Manager open, either by right clicking on computer and then click on manage, and finally on Device Manager, or by typing devmgmt.msc in the box then find (or run) on the bottom of the start menu and press ENTER.
(2) find the ipod, he (should) be listed under digital cameras, right click it and choose "update driver software".
(3) select "Browse my computer for driver software".
(4) for the location (you must have already installed itunes) use C:\Program Files\Common Apple Mobile Device Support\Drivers (replace C: for what is the letter of your system drive), and then click Next, windows will find the driver here and continue to update the driver
(5) after the update is complete, click Finish to close the dialog box, then disconnect the ipod and plug it in again.Solution 2: This seems to be a known issue with the iPhone and iPod touch from Apple, I would suggest also allows you to check the link that contains the iPhone and iPod touch: Disabling digital camera notification in Windows Vista
http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1500.
Juice to ensure that it is not not a Windows problem check the Apple Support Article: iPhone and iPod touch: disable the notification of digital camera on Mac OS X
http://support.Apple.com/kb/TS1501
Announcement: Camera, video and photos: answers to frequently asked Questions
http://discussions.Apple.com/Ann.jspa?annID=779
Solution 3: If the issue is not resolved, it is recommended to contact Apple for iPod Touch http://www.apple.com/support/ipodtouch to have the best support or you can reach the Dell Forums: http://discussions.apple.com and check for extra support and check if they have new updates on this issue and if they can help fix the same.
Let me know if that does or does not work. Good luck!
Hope it will be useful.
Thank you and best regards,
