iPods Don't not grateful, Windows 10 "dysfunction."

Hi all, I recently bought a new laptop, imported from my old iTunes library - it all went fine so far. However, to connect my iPod Nano 3rd generation and iPod Nano 6th generation, my computer says that the software has malfunctioned and that it is unable to recognize the device. I went through a number of bugs and can't seem to be able to do something else. I never had no such problems on my old configuration, so it's quite confusing to me.

I tried to uninstall all the drivers USB and update each of them, in vain.

Reset two iPods have not worked, I doubt that they are the cause because they perfectly synchronized on the old installation, and they are still working fine.

In my view, the cable I use is not the problem because iTunes still recognizes my iPhone 4s, when I plug that. In addition, the current thread that I use works beautifully on my old PC and iTunes (which also was Windows 10).

I was able to update a 1st generation iPad Mini with its appropriate wire.

I also reinstalled iTunes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

    When iTunes on your computer doesn't recognize not the connected device, follow these steps. Try again after each step:

    5. If the ID begins with USB\VID_0000 & PID_0000, then follow the remaining steps.
    6. Unplug the unit and remove all the USB devices on the computer.
    7. Shut down the computer, and then turn it back on.
    8. Reconnect the device, tests of each USB port for about 30 seconds to see if the device is recognized.
    9. Test with a different, checked 30-pins-USB or the lightning-connector-cable-USB, if they are available.

    Manually update the Apple Mobile Device USB driver

    If one of the sections above directs you to this section, you should already have right click on an entry in the Device Manager. Now, follow these steps:

    1. Choose update driver software.
    2. Choose "Browse my computer for driver software."
    3. Choose "Let Me pick from a list of drivers for devices on my computer.
    4. Click the disk button. If this is not available, choose a category of devices such as Mobile phone or storage device, if in the list.
    5. Click Next. You should see the disk button.
    6. Click Browse and navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Apple Mobile Device Support\Drivers.
    7. Double-click the file "usbaapl. If you have a 64-bit version of Windows, this file will be called "usbaapl64". If you do not see here "usbaapl64" is not a Drivers folder, look in C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers.
    8. In the disc window, click Open, and then click Next and then click Finish.
    9. Windows installs the driver. If a message indicates that the software that you install "not passed the Windows Logo test", click on continue. You can get help with other common errors and the error code numbers in this Microsoft article.
    10. Open iTunes to make sure that iTunes recognizes your device. If not, Restart the Apple Mobile Device Service.

    Seriously...?  My 'classic' 3rd gen iPod in 2003 still works fine with the latest version of iTunes and the latest OS X.  Even the original iPod should still work (assuming the iPod itself still works).  Your iPod classic 2009 is certainly consistent.  That support the needs of the person coming back through training...

    When you connect it now, it seems in iTunes?  Are you able to select in iTunes, go to the settings screen, where you see the iPod photo and name in the upper left corner of the window and a box below that?
