I thought that it was no problem since I use iCloud backup to my iPhone and it comes to make a backup. However when you restore the backup I am invited for the password to my old Apple ID (my old email address) in order to restore purchases. But this email address no longer exists I've just updated my Apple ID current with my new email address when I switched to the new ISP.

  I think I saw somewhere that Apple ID it is related to the purchase/app which is also very good - but since it's the real e-mail address and not a kind of SID, who seems to be a problem when you try to restore the backup to iCloud.
