  First thing to try is to completely uninstall VMware Tools (if installed), reboot, then install VMware Tools (and reboot again).

  Why did after a reboot and by selecting the check box which says reopened windows after restart open before restarting applications are open, but many of them have lost being mode full screen, even if they were before the reboot.  Any ideas?

  A reboot opens only the previous windows in the default position, not full-screen.

  Control-command + F after reboot will change the view Mode to full screen.

• Game not full screen

  When I open certain video games that have been made prior to Windows Vista (it seems that way), the video game will open, but there are black borders on the sides of my screen, and it is really hard to see what is happening in the game. On my other laptop computers that are running Windows XP, the games work fine. On another game that was made in 2007, I had the same problem but fixed it by changing the game at a higher resolution. The problem is, the older games are running in the highest resolution possible, and none of them have a resolution as high as the most recent games. Please help me!

• Assassins Creed 1 plays do not full screen

  I have an AMD 3.2 Quad with a 5770ATI graphics card all my game graphics is great and all my other games run in full screen with no boarders (section between the graphics card is OK).  OH a Windows 7, which is great. My problem isn't with assassins 1 which seems to work with a resident of windows of a certain type that I don't recognize, there in the upper left corner of a white rectangle with a small blue square in the Middle, one to the right of the name of Assassin's Creed. the background has also the task bar, the best I can do to make it full screen is just click on the top bar a successful move and then just click the lower bar a bar disappears but the top still stains. If I go to near the Summit during a match with my right mouse on the box to move the button back once again. I don't know if this problem is with the game or a windows setting, I'm not yet very well with my new computer or windows. I hope I gave enough information for a soloution, thanks for any help you can give, I haven't used forums before hope reaches the right person Mr.Rockit

• Aspire V3 - 112 p HDMI out not full screen

  I was very disappointed to discover that my new Aspire V3 - 112 p apparently is not able to generate a full screen on our TV 1080 p display. Instead, there is only a small window in the middle of the screen. The display resolution settings available are very limited. I find it surprising in a modern laptop. I checked on the Intel site but it says that the Acer screen is a sort of decorum device which can only be improved by Acer and Acer does not appear to be any new drivers for it. I find that very disappointing. Is it possible to improve the capabilities of this computer display output? Surely, it must be possible to at least fill the area of the TV screen.

  Your laptop is able to output 1080 p without problem, the problem is that you are cloning the laptop screen that has resolution 1366 x 768.

  If you switch to single screen, you will be able to have a full 1080 p resolution.

  Hello guys, I have developed a streaming application that streams multiple events using the StreamingMedia plugin which was brilliant, but recent my employer wants me to add a chat text in the application function so that when a data stream is enabled, users can interact and send questions or solutions or their opinion. I don't have a problem by creating a live text chat, the question am faced with is how to load the player fires at StreamingMedia plugin in a canvas and not in fullscreen so when it appears, the live chat can be placed underneath.   FYI: Weekends tend to be slow. Then post Friday means that you're probably not going to get a quick response.   I can produce a DVD with black bars.  I can produce a DVD that helps broaden my jpg to much larger than the screen of the TV.  If you prefer I can write pages of all the options, I tried.  But I don't see how that will help.

  First Pro can do pictures showing DVD which have been expanded beyond the edges of the screen of the TV, using Adobe Dynamic Link, and 'create a new sequence of the clip' media to import Panel.  If it is technically possible to do both, too big and too small.  My JPEG files is produced by lightroom and exported as jpg size of a DSLR pro Nikon shooting raw and convert to DNG.  They are super WiFi Apple TV displays full screen on a Samsung 60 inch TV.  Not very good on Adobe DVD, at least not yet.  I am a member creative cloud so I almost all applications that might help.  I dumped microsoft for incompetence, after thirty years of grief.  I now use a MacBook Pro with a full load.  and OS X 10.10.5.    Otherwise, I wouldn't try to do it.

  A few thoughts:

  Jpg too big?

  I could use a good reference text.

  And please no classroom in a book thing.

  A DVD is 720 x 756 or 480 x 576 for NTSC. Is nothing, that you can change in this regard.

  If you want to make a slide show for television, make in 1920 x 1080 and export it in this resolution to mp4 to play on a media player attached to the TV.

  Modern TV´s have same slots usb for portable flash players.

  In the last two weeks, I downloaded the latest version of Firefox. Now when I open a browser, black flashing boxes appear whenever my cursor moves and the screen is unusable because of this. The only solution I have found so far is to use the mode setting full-screen. Then, the screen is stable and the black boxes are not anywhere on the page.   I have a problem, see the screen like fonts / in firefox are small. In IE or windows, it has the ability to increase the display from 100% to 125%, etc.. Is there a similar feature n firefox? Full screen does not help and I have tried recently only to find I have to close the entire browser, because there is no way to minimize. I tried to right click to zoom in, but is not available with firefox that I saw.

  You can zoom using your keypad. Hold down the CTRL key and press + to enlarge and shrink button. More info: font size and zoom - increase the size of the web pages.

  I use a number of applications that provide full screen options, which generally reduce the screen resolution to something like 640 by 480.

  My graphics chip is Mobile Intel (r) 965 Express Chipset Family.

  By default, my screen resolution is 1280 by 800 and is set to use the full screen, but every time Panel that the resolution is changed by the properties display or a request, instead of the chart options intel, it defines desktop Center screen.

  I've already updated the graphics driver, is there a way I can continue my full screen option, instead of office of centre?

  Your case is very specific, and I guess the 3rd party applications affects the display resolution and therefore a driver update or switching of all other options will not help you.

  Here, I doubt you will find a way to avoid this change in resolution.
  It seems that you must always manually change in the Intel graphics driver manager.
