Is it possible to follow blackberry deployed customer applications logs?

Hello

I want to follow the blackberry which is given to the customer application logs.

Are there applications to do? or can put us through our code?

Thanks in advance

Virginia

That is a sensitive issue.

If the application has crashed and you did not have a try catch around the piece of code that failed, then the Application will usually write a number of entries in the event log.  The only way to get these entries is to ask the user to open the event log and find them.  It's not trivial.  Even opening the event log can be tricky let along find the entries.  This isn't something that will generally ask you a user to do.

Unfortunately it also isn't one place, you can put a try/catch to intercept all errors.

But it is also not something that happens very often in my experience.  Therefore, if you try to put try/catch around pieces of code that you are worried and make sure that you connect you progress through your app, you should capture most of the things.  And if you connect to RuntimeStore and your application crashes, when the application restarts the journal since just before the crash will be there and the user can easily send you, so I hope that can help you to find the defective area.

Does that answer the question?

    Hello

A request of the ADF is created using Jdev 10.1.3.3, and we try to deploy it to our OAS version 10.1.2. Right now the last statement I can find is in this one

    "Oracle® Application Development Framework".
The developer's Guide for forms/4GL developers
    10g Release 3 (10.1.3.0)
    B25947-01"

In chapter 34, there are some instructions on how to deploy an application to the organization. Is this a correct if my request is created with Jdev10.1.3.3?

If I migrate the app to 11g, what should I use?

I thank very you much for any help.

    Kind regards

    Annie

The instructions you found should do.
If you plan to migrate to 11g it's something totally new. 11g uses a different server (Weblogic). There will be a migration path (I hope), but it must wait for the final release of 11g.

  • BlackBerry Deploy result::failure-24

    Hello

When I use Blackberry deployment tool to deploy the bar file classic Blackberry I get the following error after the bar of the folder we downloaded:

    result::failure-24
    com.qnx.bbt.deploy.Deploy$ DeployException: result::failure-24

There is no documentation to deploy error codes?

    Thank you.

I'm glad to hear you got it working.  We have not publicly documented these error codes.  If the installer can determine the cause of the error, you should see a useful error message.  Error codes appear when something external to Setup failed and the installer does not know what happened, that's why they are not documented publicly.

    Hello

Having native code in your Android application is not supported. The warning of the impact of 5 shows that conversion to apk2bar was not successful, you should not be able to convert your application without removing the native code.

  • Is it possible to prevent the device restarts when I deploy an application?

    Hello

Whenever I have deploy an application on my device (Blackberry 9780, OS6.0) to test the device restarts. Is it possible to deploy without having to go through this lengthy process?

Who knows what is happening behind the scenes!

There are simple things, like the establishment of the correct size at startup icon, which will mean that your device needs to restart after the installation.

Is it possible to connect with FACEBOOK Customer / Tech Support? I got my FB ID stolen and I can't connect with a living soul! I'm really tired of FACEBOOK and ZUCKERBERG, boasts getting its 1 billionth Member, meanwhile, its members have problems with scams, hackers, even FACEBOOK is now BANNING people for the addition of family and friends! This must be a scam any seriously! Im sick of him, he turned my whole as for social networks. If it wasn't for the fact that I have almost all of my family in Europe and around the world all in one place, I would certainly remove my account. The problem with that is if you delete your FACEBOOK PROFILE, you don't actually remove them. FB keeps them because they are the property of Facebook the minute climb you the post! This information is in the conditions of joining Facebook, but not on the registration page! that is wrong with this picture. THEY HAVE NO SUPPORT, NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, IT IS Y HAS NO PHONE NUMBER YOU CAN CALL TO REPORT YOUR STOLEN ID AND NOW I HAVE TO ALL RUN IT AROUND TO TRY TO FIND A CYBER CRIME UNIT WHO WILL HELP ME! How can the other thing, I know if Mytechgurus.com is a legitimate business. As I've been hacked and my ID stolen (curiously enough all what's happened just as I was banned from Facebook to add a friend, I've not seen in 36 years.) They have deleted my friendship with her and banned me for 7 days)! Facebook. MyTechGurus.com have charged me $700.00 for 2 pc for serivce of 24/7 for 2 years. Granted they have always been there in the last 6 weeks to help with all the problems that the pirate had created. They've phoned while I had a technician remote access online help with verbal information as it was a huge problem. but I put it back now because a governing body here in Australia called SCAM WATCH who is supposed to tell you who is a scam and is not was good enough to tell me that they are there only to report a scam, they can not physically tell you if one of them is actually a scam or not! I was left to literally chasing my own tail! HE IS THERE ANYONE TO HELP ME AT ALL!

  • Why do we need to deploy custom in obiee 11g skin?

    Hi all

Why do we need to deploy custom skins and style in obiee 11g. ?

I simply copied the new custom skin and style in two places and I could see the new skins under dashboard properties drop-down list. And it works very well as expected.

Am I missing something through the skin on 'EM. ?

    Kind regards

Oracle are free to change the content of Oracle_BI1 any time they like when you patch or upgrade.

Deployment of the skin as a deployment of separate application insulates you against this kind of surprises

  • Is it possible to have a URL custom in Captivate premium?

Is it possible to have a URL custom in Captivate premium?

    Hi John,.

For now, first Captivate allows you to configure only a custom subdomain that can be done by logging into your account as an administrator and then click on 'Company info' on the left column.

Click on the 'Change' link to the right of the subdomain, and you can choose something like yourcompanyname.captivateprime.com according to availability.

If you have a domain/specific URL available to you that you want to use to access the first, then you can set a redirect to this URL to the URL of your premium account so that all learners access to this specific URL be re-directed to the URL of your default premium account.

  • Is it possible to deploy the application without WiFi?

I have a fair amount of coding "on the go" (in the train, airport, airplane, etc.) where do not always have access to a wifi hotspot. Is there a way to deploy my application on the actual device (not the Simulator) without wifi? For example connect you via USB / DM and deployed this way? I was not able to find all the information, but also any posts in question with definitive answers?

When you connect your PB to your PC via the USB port, the Playbook installs a network driver on the PC with an address like this:

    169.254.xxx.xxx

the driver on the PC points to the network address:

    169.254.xxx. (xxx + 1)

and chooses the IP USB PB as the gateway address, so they can talk.

You should be able to deploy to your PB via USB.  I use FB 4.5 to deploy, and it works with USB and WIFI.  A problem is your IP address changes when you unplug the USB key, then you will need to reconfigure.

I am facing deployment error while I deply to device Iam using the version of the sdk webworks: BlackBerry WebWorks SDK 2.3.1.5

IAM using the webworks said above, windows 8 64-bit system, when I deploy it in the Simulator for other versions I see global demand for Hello in the emulator to ripple, but when I try to look for 8900 device that is not listed in the webworks platform why is it so?

My camera works with OS 4.6.1, then how to deploy my application world Hello to this device of curve 8900?
If the JDE or jre must be downgraded on 4.6.1 how? I need to change my environment variable

Someone in a pile on flow said like that. "

You as a developer WebWorks don't treat BrowserField instance, but your app to launch and work, needs this new implementation of the BrowserField class that supports the required functionality.

Software more former device does not support the feature that provides new BrowserField. And as a result, it is not possible to launch WebWorks applications on older devices OS-es to 5.0.
"So do I need higher version OS to run my application helloworld on my device.

SDK BlackBerry WebWorks 2.3.1.5 has a requirement of BlackBerry OS 5.0 because of the new BrowserField object (which has been introduced in BBOS 5.0 that you noted.) You will not be able to deploy a WebWorks to any device that runs a pre - 5.0 operating system.

  • "JNDI name is already in use" error when deploying ADF Application after the deployment of Interface of AM Service

    Hello

    12.1.3 JDeveloper / WLS 12.1.3 / Windows 7 64-bit OS.

I am facing the problem that is mentioned in the following post.

    https://community.Oracle.com/thread/2284290

I created a simple ADF page with the data to display in the Employees table. The page works fine.

I added a custom method to the AM and a profile of "Business Service Interface components" deployment of the AOS.

When I'm trying to deploy the stand-alone WLS Service, it gives the error below.

If I deploy only the AM Service interface, the web service deployment is going very well.

If I cancel the deployment of the AM Service and deploy ADF EAR, then it also works very well.

But if I deploy the AM Service and then try to deploy the EAR, then it gives the error below.

And vice versa, if I deploy EAR application, and then deploy the AM service, it gives the error below.

It was working fine until 11.1.1.7.

I have done this repeatedly for a long time and wasn't any problem in 11.1.1.7 deployments.

If something has changed in 12.1.3?

Even if the AM Service is existing, it is deployed in the same application, it should be able to just crush?

Here are the results with different versions

11.1.1.7 - domain of the ADF - Standalone Server - works fine

11.1.1.7 - SOA - Standalone Server - domain works very well

    12.1.3 - error field - integrated WLS - ADF

    12.1.3 - error field - independent server - SOA

(The foregoing analysis is based on a simple project ADF as a point of Contact for that matter).

    Real-world scenario

    --------------------

We need this because ours is a BPM Application and the Composite depends on the AM Service, so the AM service must first deployed in the field of the SOA.

Then, we make the process as well as the ADF UI for task forms. ADF project depends also on the model project

We get the error during the deployment of the BPM project and the ADF UI project below.

    Error

    -----

Unable to deploy EJB: ModelEJB.jar model.common.HRAMServiceBean:

[EJB:011055] The EJB deployment error ' model.common.HRAMServiceBean (Application: employees, EJBComponent: ModelEJB.jar) ", the JNDI name" HRAMServiceBean #model.common.serviceinterface.HRAMService "is already in use." You must assign another name JNDI in weblogic-ejb-jar deployment descriptor. XML or annotation corresponding to this EJB before it can be deployed.

[12: 02:07] caused by: java.lang.Throwable: substituted for the missing class [EJB - 11055] the EJB deployment error ' model.common.HRAMServiceBean (Application: employees, EJBComponent: ModelEJB.jar)', the JNDI name "HRAMServiceBean #model.common.serviceinterface.HRAMService" is already in use. You must assign another name JNDI in weblogic-ejb-jar deployment descriptor. XML or annotation corresponding to this EJB before it can be deployed.

    Thanks for any help

    Sameer

Found a workaround for this problem.

I don't have to do this in 11.1.1.7 well!

You don't know if it's the right solution or not!

If anyone of you knows a better solution, please share.

I did the 2 following things.

    a. classes of the AM Service Interface of removed files from deployment profile filters

    ViewController project-> properties-> deployment profile--> filegroups--> WEB - INF / classes-> filters

    : Uncheck * Service *. * files (4 - Service.class, Service.wsdl, Service.xsd, ServiceImpl.class)

    b. deleted the deployment profile of library jar ADF for the model project

    Model project-> properties-> deployment

: Remove the deployment of ADF library jar files profile

And now I am able to deploy time interface AM Service and application.

It works for me because I won't need to deploy the AM Service interface again while deploying the process / code of the ADF.

Since I will deploy the Service Interface of first Business components separately.

    Thanks and greetings

  • Deploy an application in real time

Hello, I want to create an application to deploy the application in real time (previously compiled) in a Compact RIO goal. My goal: a standard user could deploy the new application without LabVIEW Real-time... Will he something exists? Thank you

    Hello again,

Even if you don't have a USB port, I posted the link because there are screws that could possibly be used.

I also found that you can use the example of "Browser FTP" VI in order to copy files to your cRIO. The next step is to create an executable from this example.
