  The Toshiba laptop was delivered with the Toshiba Recovery CD.

  You can change opacity of the symbol programmatically by using the handle of the resistance and a bit of jQuery.  Let's say you have a symbol "mySym", with an instance on the stage, called "mySymInstance."  Here's how you should do something like this:
