  No, it won't, it will transfer personal files and settings. You will have to reinstall your applications from the original installation files or install CDs and DVDs.

  You can transfer files and settings with Windows XP files and the transfer settings Wizard, but you can not transfer the programs installed using any method whatsoever - you will need to reinstall these programs.  If your new computer is not Windows XP but Windows 7 then use the program Windows Easy Transfer, included in Windows 7 rather than the files and Settings Transfer Wizard.

  All you need to do is disconnect from the family iCloud account: settings > iCloud > scroll down, Sign Out. When you disconnect, you will get several warning messages telling you what content iCloud will be deleted from your device (Photos, calendar).
