  The ability to edit a previously saved search is not available. However, you can add additional filters to a search folder and then save it by opening the folder and make the appropriate changes.

  Follow the steps mentioned below and check if that helps:

  (a) navigate to C:\Users\Directory of Notes \AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Sticky.

  (b) right click on StickyNotes.snt,

  (c) select restore previous Versions.

  This will extract the file from your last restore point, if they are available.

  If you close it Sticky Note by right clicking on the taskbar, it closes the application of Sticky Note.  However, the next time you open the reminder will return your data.  This also applies if you leave sticky noted when you restart your computer.

  Yes it is possible. I don't know why you created packages with updates off, I guess it is suitable at the time, is the reason why I raise this question.   I'm using ADF Faces 11 g with MDS configured as shown:

  I also applied the config fix mentioned in the release notes to activate persistent saved searches:

  I now connect on my application do the following:
  1. create a new search by adding criteria using my component af:query
  2. click on 'Save' and give research a name for example "My New Query" (only option checked is "Run automatically")
  3. Select a different drop down list 'Saved Search' query (so that "My New Query" is not selected)
  4. open the "Saved Search" dropdown and choose 'Customize... '. »
  5 Select 'My New Query' and click 'Remove', then confirm the deletion.
  6. click 'OK' to close the 'Customize saved searches', then again open the drop down list 'Saved Search' and choose 'Customize... '. »
  7. I now see an entry in the list of "Saved searches": __DefaultViewCriteria__
  
  Whenever I have repeat steps 1 to 7 (create a new search and delete it), I see another entry into the area to customize saved searches called: __DefaultViewCriteria__. I can't delete these entries, but when I disconnect, and then reconnect, erroneous entries have disappeared.
  
  If someone else can replicate this? Looks like a bug to me.

  Yes, it is a bug.

  It was reported in bug 8740244 - DELETED SAVED QUERY NAME SHOWS upward in SEARCH LIST of the TIME with the HELP of MDS

  Found another issue by working on the fix for this. When you delete a
  saved query, in the 'Personalized Saved Search' dialog box selectOneChoiceList
  a '__DefaultViewCriteria__' option appears. And the number of the model
  option increases as you save and delete more requests. For example, if you have
  deleted 3 query there are 3 options of '__DefaultViewCriteria__ '.

  This will be fixed in the next version of JDeveloper (11.1.1.2.0 - no date official yet).

  I managed to solve it. I downloaded an add-on we called "BetterPrivacy" which was originally designed to remove LSO. It is possible to designate certain protected folders, if you can avoid deleting the LSO in them. The interface is quite intuitive, then I would backup any saved games, you want to keep before experimenting.

  I also deleted my desired once LSO, I think during a cleaning procedure, but I don't know exactly what I did.

  I am running RMAN backups on my 11.2.0.3 database using following command:

  backup incremental level 0 database archivelog not saved;
  }
  
  Anyway, over time, the location of the archived log became full and I had to delete the files using RMAN (archivelog delete..).
  
  My question is, how do I change the command above, so that RMAN deletes archived logs that have been saved during the current session?
  Or can I possibly extend the ebove of work with a second statement such as:
  
  RMAN > delete archivelog all completed until 'sysdate-1';

  Hi karim,.

  If you use the FRA during backups, the archivelog deletion policy would take care of automatically remove.
  Simple put "1 hour of backup" and you should be fine. No need to use "delete all entries.

  OK, something added here. You said that when you have backed up your device, it erased your pictures.

  When you do an iCloud (or iTunes) backup, it backs up everything on your device. It does nothing for the data on the device. Thus, your photos were eliminated in a backup. Do you import your photos in a library on your computer? The process makes you wonder if you want to delete the photos?

  We need a complete description, step by step, what you were doing, and what happened.

  Out to one of our sites, we have a server running Windows Server R2 of 2012 which took a file share accessible to our people on the spot. Our project managers have developed a very strict folder for this file share structure, and for the purposes of verification, they want to stick to the closer this structure as possible.

  Therefore, although the local people must have read/write access to create, edit, and delete files, they won't they are able to create or delete folders. They want to use the existing folders and not to store stuff in folders that nobody knows there is except for the person who created them.

  The closest way to you, I got to do is to uncheck the advanced permissions "create folders / adding data" and "Delete subfolders and files." This has some side effects, however, the most notable being the inability to add data to the files, some files (such as CAD drawings) can be changed by anyone except the person who created them.

  Is there a way using only the NTFS permissions to accomplish what the project leaders? And if not, are there any third-party utilities that will help us do this?
