Is Kaspersky Safe Money module incompatible with Firefox 15?

When updated Firefox updated to 15 FF, it showed no extension Kaspersky Safe Money as being incompatible. However, I can't operate in 15 FF and when I try, it generates the error message "exception unknown software 0xc0000417..." Kaspersky, sure as money lists are fine up to FF 12.x and of course when I drove back 15 FF FF 12, it worked. It also works great in IE 8. I sent Customer Support Kaspersky to confirm if this is actually incompatible, and if it is, will it soon be compatible with higher versions of Firefox. Does anyone else have this problem? At the rate that Firefox seems to update, it's amazing that add-ons are able to follow!

Kaspersky Support came with a secure silver solution doesn't work in Firefox 15. They had me VistaGlazz 2.3 uninstall, then restart. Of course, safe money working as it is supposed to, once this incompatible software has been uninstalled. Not being is not an IT professional, I have no idea why I could use Chrome and IE8 with money without danger, but not Firefox until the program VistaGlazz has been uninstalled. If secure money does not work for you, check to see if you also have VistaGlazz running and if you do, try to uninstall it, restart, and then check if Money Safe will work as it is supposed to.

  • Incompatible with Firefox 31.0 Dashlane I try to recharge 30 Firefox 3.0.3. but it keeps downloading 31.0? How can I stop Firefox to upload on the new version?

My Dashlane 3.0.3 is incompatible with Firefox 31.0. I meet this problem every time there is a new version of Firefox. In the past, I would go to the archives and get a Firefox from a number of earlier version and load this. For some reason, (probably simple). I will load the lower version and it will automatically install the next version number. I can't stop the automatic updates. I had installed Firefox 30.0 and it worked with Dashlane 3.0.3 but the system automatically downloaded the version more recent 31.0 number and of course, this is inconsistent. Dashlane is not able to write codes fast enough to install in due course to work with Firefox. I did was to say that Firefox was the only browser that I use and I used it for many years. I don't like Crome or IE. You're just a browser better, that's all.

I didn't mean that somewhere, I lost my toolbar in Firefox and could not find a use which was also good. Just an info. You can send me any resolution you can find at: [email protected]
    Thank you for your help.

You should not use older versions of Firefox, they are insecure, their use can lead to your personal information being stolen. Please update Dashlane to its latest version.

  • Norton Identity Safe is incompatible with Firefox 5 How downgrade to an earlier version that is compatible?

I've recently switched to Firefox as my default browser (previously Microsoft Internet Explorer - which was not very reliable), I have also recently upgraded to Version 5.0.1 but now cannot run Norton Identity Safe (or the Norton Toolbar). If it's not really compatible, I want to go back to an earlier version of Firefox to allow me to run Norton Toolbar and Identity Safe.
I would like your advice please.
    Thank you

See Norton for a fix. It seems that when they have updated their Firefox for 5 Firefox extensions, they not be providing for the possibility that a 5.0.1 release may be required.

The strange thing is that 5.0.1 was not even an update of ' for Windows & Linux. Other than the number, on these platforms 5.0 & 5.0.1 are exactly the same. Only users of Mac OSX has got the real update, that has been done to solve specific problems in Firefox caused by Apple in the new version of the OS 10.7 Lion last week, and an Apple update for 10.5 and 10.6 at the same time.

Only users who have downloaded a complete new installation of the package in the last week or two for Windows & Linux would have got Firefox 5.0.1 - and it's only because the Mozilla download servers run the same version number, it cannot provide 5.0.1 for Mac and 5.0 for Windows & Mac.

Hi DavidCal, it is the task of the addon developer to keep their compatible extension, so please try to contact them through the channels of support that they provide - they can probably give you more detailed advice and are the only ones who can fix bugs or make necessary adjustments in the addon for new versions of firefox. • Why is Zone Alarm security incompatible with Firefox 24.0?

In the section of the addon of Firefox, there is a statement that says ZoneAlarm Security Engine 1.5.393.22 (turned off) by www.checkpoint.com

Why? and does this mean that if I use the Firefox browser, I'm not protected on the internet?

Hello cfox3dc, this is the work of a third-party developer of an addon that hangs in firefox to adapt or make an extension compatible with new versions. Mozilla has released new versions of the browser on a fixed schedule makes early alpha and beta versions available in the coming months, so this is certainly not come as a surprise to any third-party developer.

more important still, the extension you mentioned will do little to increase your coverage on the web and your main antivirus and firewall process will simply continue to run fine without it: https://www.zonealarm.com/forums/showthread.php/79640-zonealarm-and-firefox?p=296953#post296953

  • DivX web player is not compatible with firefox 6.0.2

I installed divx web player version 2.02 and firefox 6.0.2 is not compatible with it. two of them are updated to the latest version.

    Hey imshteam,

I have this problem also. But somewhere on the internet I found a forum where someone suggested this might have something to do with the settings of Internet Explorer replaces the Firefox settings.
So what I tried installing on my Internet Explorer DivX webplayer as well. Turns out that Firefox now shows DivX webplayer 2.0.2.039 and more DivX Webplayer HTML5 2.1.2.126 as addons for Firefox and makes two of them incompatible with Firefox 6.0.2 yet.
The idea of this story is that, despite the conflict, I can now play DivX webplayer video with Firefox!

Let us know if it works for you also.

  • I had all my precious bookmarks and apps on the google toolbar and now with Firefox 5 I learn that the google toolbar is not compatible with firefox! Google is in the cloud. Have you cut us to the Cloud?

On my previous Firefox browser I mainly used applications on the google toolbar, not Yahoo, one that is not as good as the google toolbar. Now, the google toolbar disappeared and when I tried to download, he said that it is incompatible with Firefox 5. I noticed there are a number of queries on this subject, but no solution found. I'm sure you can give an update to allow us to recover our toolbar with all our info stored. Otherwise, I might have to use IE.

Many users have gotten the function of the Google toolbar again by installing the Add-on Compatibility Reporter. Google just needs to test the toolbar with Firefox 5 and change something in their code specifying the versions of Firefox with which it is compatible.

  • FF 4.0 incompatible with Norton 360. How can I uninstall 4.0 and back to 3.6?

I want to leave FF 4.0 and go to the old 3.6 version because I can't use Norton 360 I absolutely need and rely on. Can someone send a link on the 4.0 uninstalling and reinstalling 3.6?

Symantec focus on upgrades to make their modules works with Firefox 4. in the meantime, to return to Firefox 3.6, first uninstall Firefox 4, but do not select the option 'remove my Firefox personal data '. If you select this option, it will delete your bookmarks, passwords and other user data.

Then you can install the latest version of Firefox 3.6 available to http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html - it will automatically use your favorite courses, passwords etc.

I recommend, to avoid possible problems with decommissioning, accessing your profile folder and delete the following files if they exist - extensions.cache, extensions.rdf, extensions.ini, extensions.sqlite and localstore.rdf. Delete these files will force Firefox to rebuild the list of installed extensions, check their compatibility and cancel the toolbar customizations.
