  I run a program, I developed, which uses the Vision live. I have packed the VI using the Application Builder in a .exe and running it on a computer of the laboratory that has only an expired version of LabVIEW installed, if there is an active and active Vision Runtime license.   I struggled with this in the past and past meny hours before getting a response.  Your application will check the lisence for development of vision before the lisence DURATION as stupid as it sounds.  If a valid runtime license won't woek if you have the module vision development on this pc which has expired.  I found that once I removed the module development, then the license runtime launched in no problem.  I don't know if there is a way around this without removing the developmant module (which I know is inconvienent as it closes without having to reinstall the code on this PC editing module).  I hope this helps.  I hade this question in Labview 8.51 haven't tried this again since (you might be able to do a dual boot disk, one as a temporary development system with just the exe and the runtime).

  I'm on Mac OS X 10.6.8 build 10K 549, MacBook Intel Core 2 Duo 2 GHz, 1 GB RAM, 160 GB HD, and Intego VBX6, updates on a daily basis.
  In the Terminal, the command 'file' with the path to an image file, for example shows:
  .../Cache/7/63/DB1B8d01: PNG image, 201 x 127, 8-bit/color RGBA, non-interlaced
  If the images are small, someone might be able to see, for example, a user-entered credit card number!
  In the Finder, quick look shows each image at the top of each visited Web page, but for Web pages external loaded, it is an image of only the portion of the Web page of the window, not the toolbar of the window and the status bar.
  The images of Web pages are saved two seconds after the loading of the page (by look which, contrary to get information, watch the time updated, including the seconds).
  The problem occurs in Safe Mode even after a reboot.

  This has been a problem for about a year, I think that, maybe more, even if I don't specifically remember.

  I often use search/address bar of Safari for searches on the internet, probably 90% of the time.  Sometimes, I want to share these search results with others.  The problem is, when I click in the address/search bar to select and copy the URL of the site, I visited, the URL is replaced with the search parameters that I had previously placed instead of the URL of the site that I actually visit.  It is not that this all the time, but very often.  Now that I'm trying to replicate, I can't, even though it took place just 20 minutes ago.  I was finally able to recreate by opening a new Safari window.  It is perhaps connected to tabs how do I open in the window?  Here is a screenshot.  Any ideas of what could be the cause?

  

  Try a reboot.

  Make a backup using Time Machine or a cloning program, to ensure that data files can be recovered. Two backups are better than one.

  Try to set up another admin user account to see if the same problem persists. If back to my Mac is enabled in system preferences, the guest account will not work. The intention is to see if it is specific to an account or a system wide problem. This account can be deleted later.

For each disable/remove, you need to restart if you do them all at once.

  You cannot use a simple USB as a source and destination. You must copy the ISO file (it's a single file, not the full installer) in your Documents folder and then run BCA to create a USB installation program. 2015 macs do not create a USB installation program.
