  You can try to connect to the default Administrator via Safe Mode account. If the default Administrator account is password protected you will need to look elsewhere for advice.   I suspect that Naman R misinterpreted your post. My interpretation is that you have used the Wizard Windows XP file / transfer settings, no Windows Easy Transfer.

  I had the same question and posted in this forum 4/17 in order to check the answer here.  Can't say it will solve all of your multiple problems, but you should get full administrator rights.

  Re-start while pressing F8 repeatedly.  Select "Safe Mode with command prompt.  At the prompt, type net 'user administrator /access:yes' and press ENTER.  He should then confirm the success.

  Restart and you should now see administrator as well as your own journal on.

  Note: there is a space between the administrator and the slash.

  It may be that you must run the program itself, at a high level. Click with the right button on the setup of the program and in the context menu should be the run as Administrator option. Left click that and see if that fixes the problem.
