Is Q5582A device install a prerequisite to D7260 driver install?
Hello.
I have a Photosmart D7260. It is shared by two computers on a local network, they all two Vista 64-bit. I recently added the Q5582A duplex unit.
I followed the instructions of the closed station ' Vista / Win 7 Duplex Printing Troubleshooting Guide "and I get this error:
"The document has been configured to print using the print module automatic two faces but the.
module is not installed in the device. The document will be printed face. »
The duplex unit must be installed at the time the drivers are loaded for the print face Module two to load?
Thank you
Solved!
The message:
"The document has been configured to print by using the two-sided printing Module, but module is not installed in the device. The document will be printed face. »
It has constantly harassed me. The electric contact on the device is a bridge single spring that completes a circuit on the printer. The contact of the printer is two conductive strips on a phenolic Board. The bridge of the device is horseshoe-shaped. I had already inspected the two contacts and saw nothing wrong. Yet the message led me to believe that the printer doesn't 'see' the device. After the reinstallation of the unit, I held the printer with one hand and pulled on the device firmly on both sides. It was not very different from what I had done before. I had already heard the latches snap into place. And I thought I had an electrical contact. I printed a short document and did not get any message. Then I printed a two-page and the duplexer work! The Conclusion, the printer now "sees" the duplexer.

No audio device installed Satellite L300-28R (PSLB8E-12T018GR)
Hello
My English isn't the best, unfortunately. Maybe someone can help me.
The following problem:
A Satellite L300 ran without problems until now with windows 7 (32 bit). I had then increased PC speakers of this came of trust with a USB flash drive that will serve as an audio interface for mailboxes. He has been infected by the first recognized by Win7, installed, and I could use Ihne. But then the sound card integrated (Realtek HD Audio) is disabled. Now, when I remove the USB audio interface I have no more sound. There is a lack of complete the "Realtek HD Audio" entry in the audio control.
In the Device Manager is not an entry ' Audio, video and game controllers' also appear longer. The interesting thing about the HD audio driver, but he is always installed correctly. It is found but no entry for more video, audio, game controllers, and if I was in the toolbar the look of speakers just click on it a red cross when he get up "no audio output device installed."
On this, I tried to uninstall the system USB audio drivers (no problem) has restarted. Not always the same sound problem.
That's why I completely uninstalled all drivers audio and tried Windows 7 default drivers. The same problem. I uninstalled the audio drivers, this time I tried the drivers Toshiba, same problem.
Fact is I can remove all the drivers, reinstall, which happens without problem and the error message, then it is same because "drivers have been installed, the machine can be used now" I click on what there is also my drine Realtek HD Audio. But then I opened the Soundsteurung he wrote me, "No audio device installed" it's almost as if the onboard sound has been disabled in the BIOS, but unfortunately there is no entry exists, since the BIOS is usually something to bend parameters.
I have integrated sound card in my vemutung the BIOS from a USB audio interface is disabled, I would now like to 'hidden' bios unlock options and manually activate the sound again. Unfortunately, I do not know how do I unlock the BIOS.
Is there anything else maybe ideas, suggestions or solutions? Have already the system is set up with new same problem, the drivers are installed, the device is detected and marked as ready, but not input in the audio control and no entry in the Manager of devices for "audio, video and game controllers".
Once had a similar problem with my desktop where I could pass without any problem, but the onboard sound in the BIOS again, unfortunately, what with the Toshiba BIOS Lite is not the case.
Hope someone can help me here, slowly I won't now, so that a new installation was not, I see the problem with the BIOS setting.
Answers in German would be nice
Greetings and thanks
yunyxHi mate
To be honest I'm not quite sure what the problem might be m.
Your ad is also a bit confusing.First of all, the BIOS is not similar to the BIOS that you can find on desktop PC and as far as I know there is no special option to enable or disable the sound card.
So I think that in your case, it s BIOS not deliver.
I think that its Windows operating system that makes some disorders who knows maybe the registry is confused up similar facts is that you should see some yellow exclamation points in device if Manager driver would be absent or you should see an unknown device in the devices listThe latest Realtek audio driver could be downloaded directly from the Realtek page, but even if the Realtek audio driver is not installed Win7 standard driver should recognize the sound chip and sound must be detected during the operating system installation.
I think you should try to install a driver from Realtek but if this won't help you, then you should try a new installation of the OS. Get it back you would help define the laptop back to factory settings and I think it's the fastest solution in your case

I went in full with privilagesand Device Manager there is an exclamation following audio controller appliances. I looked at the General properties and it says: "this device is not configured correctly (code 1). I uninstalled the driver and downloaded Realtek AC97-Ref: 6285_Vista_APO_PG536 driver installed and rebooted but I still got the same error messages!

AbidanHello
As a boarder, said, if you have a Conexant sound card, you should look for a Conexant audio driver.
The Realtek driver will never work because that makes this different s.Check other Toshiba laptops for the same card his Conexant. Maybe you can find a Conexant Vista driver.

Re: Satellite a series - error message "No Audio output device" installed
The small icon in the lower right corner that normally allows you to control the sound settings now appear with a red X next to it, and when I move the mouse over it I get the message above "No Audio output device" installed I have absolutely no idea why this happens suddenly, but I noticed a couple of weeks, and then a few days later, when I turned on the laptop, the sound was back to normal.
Now, I have this message again-, it seems it's random... sometimes when I turn on the machine it is ok, other times I get the above message. I touch any of the settings ever as I am a non-technical person, so have no idea why this is happening suddenly. I tried simply to reboot the machine, but it does not (today).
My machine is a portable satellite. If you ve of suggestions as to how I can just get my sound back to normal (i.e. in the background, something not not to even think to, it works just as you would expect), please posting a reply. Warranty service was going to get paid for their time. I'm sure it's a very simple solution and I would appreciate greatly any help you can give me.
Thanks yo a lot for your time in reading this.

No audio output device installed on sucks TC-605 with Win 8.1
I had to reinstall the drivers on my sucks TC-605 Win 8.1 running everything seems to work ok, except that I get a no audio output device installed. I have tried everything I can think of, including the removal and reinstall all the drivers, deactivation and reactivation of the hardware in the Device Manager. I think that perhaps there is a secret in order that the Intel Chipset drivers are installed before the Realtek audio drivers? I've seen a lot of reports on various web sites and some that reference the Windows Audio service is restarted. I tried ALL these "fixes" several times, but no luck! Any help to diagnose and resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

Original title: Media Player
THE FOLLOWING IS a MESSAGE I GET WHEN TRYING TO DOWNLOAD FILES: "Windows Media Player cannot play this file because there is a problem with the audio device. "It might not be a sound device installed on your computer, it can be used by another program, or it might is not working properly. What "audio device" are talking about?
Hello
1. do you get an error with this error code?
2 have you installed multiple audio devices on your computer?
3. what version of Media Player do you use?
4. were you able to play the files using Media Player without any problem before?
5 did you a recent software or changes to the material on the computer?
Audio device is the part that allows sound from the computer. If the appliance is used or if the drivers are corrupt, then you can get the error message.
I suggest you go through the steps and check.
Method 1:
Quit other programs that may be using your sound device, and then try to play the file again.
Method 2: Install an updated driver.
Step 1: Firstly uninstall the audio driver from Device Manager and add or remove programs

No sound - get the error no active mixer device or no audio device installed
Original title: downloads for devices sound cards/audio/active mixers
Hello, I got my laptop crash currently and when I came back, I have no sound except for the beeps. I can't hear CDs or audio files on different Web sites. I can livestream and see a video, but not hear. I plugged headphones and have the same results. I get the error codes are no active mixer device and there may be no audio device installed. I have a windows xp operating system. I don't know where to go to start a download for sound cards.
Thank you.Miloz
We can try to install the drivers manually. It seems that every time that your device has crashed, someone reloaded Windows without having to install the device drivers.
Let's start by trying to install the audio driver first. This one we might have to do it manually, but the others should be automatic. This gives a test:1. go to: http://downloads.sourceforge.net/sevenzip/7z465.exe and download the 7zip archive manager2 download, register, and install the utility on your computer3. once the utility installed, go ahead and re - download the audio driver package4. save the package on your desktop (or somewhere easy to access)5. once the package downloaded, find him, do a right click and choose "extract here...". "or something similar in nature. Basically we will extract the contents of the package and install it manually6. once the content is extracted, click START7. in the menu START, right-click on "Computer" and choose "Properties".8. in the upper left corner, click on Device Manager.9. find your Multimedia Audio Controller, right click and select 'Update Driver'... »10. click on "Browse my computer for driver software".11. click on the button 'Browse' at the top12. place where are the files extracted from this driver package13. Browse in the folder extracted and select the listed file. If there are several of those who choose an and and if it's just, the Setup will continue. If this is not the case, the installation program displays and error and then you just go back and try the alternate14. from there, the installer should walk you on the rest of the steps to manually install the driver packageAs far as your other drivers go, I would recommend going to the bridge site and looking for a driver of Modem for your computer model. The audio driver should be supported at this stage, and the Ethernet driver can be a joint wireless adapter you have. You may need to find a driver for it on the site of the gateway, OR if you bought the adapter you need to go to the device manufacturer's Web site and get you a driver there.Let us know what happensThank you!Ryan Thieman
