  DVD-general will not allow you to simply copy and paste the video files on your PC. You must get a video decoder which can change the file in a digital format that recognizes the Kindle. Likely Kindle does not recognize either the standard DVD format. If you have a DVD with a digital version of the movie, you can only copy on your PC and place it on your Kindle.

  I just noticed that the Kindle Fire HD 7 shows app very visible icons in the center of the screen to an enormous size and our application icon appears fuzzy SUPER. The documentation states that the maximum size for android is 144 x 144, but sometimes the documentation is not up-to-date. So my question: is there any icon size greater than 144 x 144 supported for Android builds already? If not, are there plans to extend the support to Kindle Fire HD and love it?

  Thanks for your patience with this and getting back to us.  Given your confirmation that the printer is not in an error state and efforts by uninstalling and reinstalling the ePrint application, I think that If your Kindle device has a print spooler, the problem is that there is the print job failed two sitting in it.  In my research, I couldn't find any information on how to solve this problem directly from the perspective of Kindle.  However, I found the Amazon steps on how to reset your Kindle.  I recommend you click here and fill out the reset described at the bottom of the table.  Pay attention to the warning from Amazon re: back up your data before performing this step.
