You should probably ask in the forum for the specific program

If you start the https://forums.adobe.com/welcome Forums Index

You will be able to select a forum for the specific Adobe products you use

Click on the symbol "arrow down" on the right (where it says all communities) to open the drop-down list and scroll

  • Is there an easy way to delete the original files replicated by iTunes game downloads?

I have a library of great music stored on my Mac. When I subscribed to iTunes game, most of my songs appear in iTunes with the icon 'cloud' indicating that I was able to download the track, even if the files were stored locally in my iTunes music library.

For various reasons, I wanted iTunes to recognize the local mapping to all my music files, so I selected my entire music library in iTunes, right click and choose 'download '. Now, it seems that all the files are uploaded to iTunes as a high quality files, which is great, but if I look in the folder for each album in my iTunes music library, I see now two copies of each song - the original file and the new higher quality file.

In iTunes, I see only an entry for each track, so it's good, but the additional files are eating plenty of disk space unnecessarily. I don't want to go into every single album folder and delete old files to original, so I hope there is an easier way to remove.

    Help?

  • Are there guidelines on the best way to set up multiple users?

My hard drive has been reformatted; Operating system reinstalled; Windows 7 Home premium operational. I now at least 4 users (one being administrative, each separate passwords and permissions.) • Is there an easy way to remove faces metadata?

I won't get in my frustrations of moving from iPhoto to Photos, but there more with him a bunch of incorrectly marked faces. Is there an easy way to delete all the metadata of faces of all my photos so I can start over? Thank you

    None

You can tell Apple that you need to be included in future releases - http://www.apple.com/feedback/photos.html

(and of course the identification wrong iPhoto has nothing to do with the Photos)

As for frustration - the solution is to take the time to learn how to use pictures - it's a new and different program that, like all new software, does not exactly work as pref = vious PHotos and software has a learning curve - until you take the time to learn how to use it you will continue to be frustrated because you will be with any new product tha tyou don't understand

  • a way to delete only the messages that I don't want?

    Hi all

I was unable to know, if there is any way to delete messages that I don't want?

The only options seem to be to remove them all at once, or go through them all, one

by one, which is ridiculously heavy.

    Does anyone know -

Is it possible that I can delete all my messages, except those I select?

    iPhone 5, iOS 8.4 c

No, it is not an option to select all messages and deselect those you want to keep.

You can transfer messages sought to yourself, you can printscreen them, or you can copy / paste in the notes.

Sorry for the stupid options but I don't have the ios.

    Bogdan.

  • Is there a quick way to change a specific color in an image without masking or select an object?

Is there a quick way to change a specific color in an image?  I mean, for example, slecting an object in the image and change the color of the object which may involve masking, etc..  What I want is a quick way to change the bokeh or part of the bokeh from an image to a nicer color.  Maybe something like help of the color picker to choose a specific color in the image and to be able to change all the colors with this exact value (hexadecimal number)?  Not sure if I explained it very well.  But I'm looking for something more specific while playing with the color sliders - I want to be able to choose the exact color for areas of interest of my image.

The description you give is something that Photoshop does, but Lightroom does not.

You can use Lightroom to brush an area to have some white balance, but this seems different from what you are trying to do (and it is not "fast" anyway)

  • When there are multiple users e-mail of files that are on the left of the screen can be hidden by other users?

There are several people who might want to use Thunderbird on a work computer, but I don't like how all the e-mail files are open to the public view. It looks like anyone can see the emails without having to log on the account of others.

It is regrettable indeed, and I don't think it's a good idea.
You can opt for individual profiles, but this doesn't quite work for multiple users.

  • I tried several ways to delete the cookies listed in options and nothing works to get rid of them.

I tried all methods to remove cookies that are available on your support site. I have tried them if the choice in the Options is for authorized cookies and cookies not allowed. Also with 3rd party cookies allowed and not allowed. Normally, I fixed it to authorized cookies but 3rd cookies of third parties not allowed.
I tried CCleaner, cleaner, cleaner Auglogics Euslings, Wise Cleaner, SuperAntiSpyware, Spybot, and WinPatrol and remove temporary files in Windows. All that the software deletes the cookies. I also Spyblaster to protect against hundreds of tracking cookies. It was SuperAntiSpyware who brought the problem to my attention in the first place. It just started doing this a few weeks ago but only the past several days I've worked hard to get these deleted cookies. There must be hundreds of them. I managed to remove about 5 or 6 of them, but others did not move. I want to clean up everything to start over and analyze them on a daily basis. I don't want most of them. SuperAntiSpyware claims it deletes them but when I go to Options in the browser, they are still there. SuperAntiSpyware claims that cookies are there whenever I run the program before you shut down the computer.
I just added that convenience store and looked at the information. I'm sorry but I'm not understand anything. I'm not savvy in computer science.

You may have installed an extension that adds the so-called opt-out Firefox cookies.

These opt-out cookies are to be sent instead of the regular cookies and you cannot delete these opt-out cookies unless you disable or uninstall the extension.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance).

    • Do NOT click on the reset button on the startup window Mode without failure.
  • Hello. I so want to know if there is a way to keep the photos on icloud and get them deleted on your iphone, so that there is no problem of storage of the device

Hello. I so want to know if there is a way to keep the photos on icloud and get them deleted on your iphone, so that there is no problem of storage of the device.

iCloud is a synchronization system, not an external 'hard drive '. If you remove them on your device, they will remove icloud. To increase the available space, go settings/iCloud/Photos and select optimize iPhone/iPad storage. That will reduce the space required by 90% when it is fully effective.

  • I have thousands of photos stored on my laptop. Most are duplicates. Is there a way to delete all duplicates easily? Or I have to delete them one by one manually?

I'm so out of space that I can not even run a disk defragmentation. I have ereased/deleted everything I can. I worked on the removal of all duplicate for 3 weeks now. Please, no matter who, me say there's another way to do it.

    Hey Bill,.

I don't know if it's the best way, but what you could do is in the folder you are in, sort files by date modified. Most of the time, the duplicates are created at the same time or close.  Sort this will put all the duplicates together which makes them much easier to manage and delete.

    I hope this helps.

  • Is there a simple and quick way of deleting these temporary files?

To clear my comp. congestion and help speed up my PC, my ISP told me to put temp5 Prefetch and % and Temp in start-run to delete the temporary files. Delete the contents of the prefetch folder will not help speed things up.  In fact, it will probably slow things down.  See http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_vista-system/can-i-delete-the-data-in-the-prefetch-folder/c54a8e56-c8cf-451d-a88f-07f06a2f2d54
I guess temp5% is a typo and you really wanted to say %Temp%.  Percent signs indicate that it is an "environment variable" with the usual value of C:\Documents and Settings\, yourusername\Local Settings\Temp

The directory specified by %Temp% is, in fact, the directory cleaned by the cleaning of record under the name "temporary files".  Why do you think that disk cleanup is not delete files?  Note that disk cleanup does not remove the files in this directory which came in the last 7 days (this period may be changed by changing a registry value).

What disk cleanup does NOT, however, is to clean temporary files, files for the Internet browser cache and other files in places of profile-specific to the user of different profiles that you are currently using.  Disk Cleanup also does not delete the contents of C:\Windows\Temp (although it doesn't fill up with very much).  C:\Windows\Temp is the directory that appears when you type Temp in start > run (without the percent sign).  And, of course, disk cleanup will not empty the cache of the browser by non-Microsoft browsers, e.g. Firefox.

There are third-party applications that make a "deep" cleaning  Some of them clean files of all users without having to login to each profile separately.  Most understand the characteristics that you should not use.

Here are 2 - there are others, but I haven't used.

    ATF-Cleaner  (do not delete prefetch)
CCleaner (do not use the registry tool)
