    Hello

Disks: I don't think so. I always keep 25 floppy disks for Windows 95, should be a few thousand disks for Windows 10. Very, very, very expensive to store files and transport.

Of DVD: would soon come out, new machines will have 10 Windows (who knows) pre-installed or downloaded. You can always find Windows 10 DVD in some countries where users will still have to use dial-up Modem.

    Hope it makes sense.

Hi, thanks for your response, but I was able to understand the problem with my video card:

I haven't had that one connection port available in my motherboard for my graphics card which was not in fact very close to the motherboard itself, but indirect through my hard drive connection, this means that whenever my computer would be launching a program of high quality like video games, video card would try and use too much power to the connection of the cable and it would not be provided.

I simply made a direct connection between the adapter to the motherboard and put in place an indirect for the HDD connection, this means that the video card would get all of the power required whenever it was necessary and the connection solved alone!

    Hello

The clean boot method can help identify what is happening when you start or stop programs

manually if removed. Startup does not control the Windows updates.

Be careful that a lot of these programs and services really needs to run and often remove

Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party
with their own software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have.

Now in the system manufacturer (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) site (in a restaurant), peripheral
Site of the manufacturer (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for
BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after

Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you actually install

    Thank you

    Deb

I repeat the advice that has been given over and repeatedly learn DO NOT "Dreamweaver". The door to collaboration successfully with any web development, including Dreamweaver software, is to understand the role of HTML and CSS.

HTML is still pretty simple. The main thing that happened with HTML5 has been the introduction of some new elements of grouping, such as the header, footer, section, article and so on. Most of them are named intuitively, but you can continue to use the div to group items. What has changed is CSS. She is now much more powerful and has become more difficult to control. Even people like me, who have it used for years, have to learn new things all the time.

Regarding the suggestion through courses on lynda.com, I'm obviously biased. However, I would advise against the use of lynda.com to learn the basics of Dreamweaver. The main course of Dreamweaver, Dreamweaver CC Essential Trainingis up to date. It will be updated, but not immediately. There are more courses Dreamweaver to update on lynda.com, including my Responsive Design with Bootstrap and Dreamweaver CC 2015and create a site of first with Dreamweaver CC 2105 of Paul Trani. However, they assume a basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.

For those who have a lynda.com subscription, or plan to get one, first courses, you should look at are HTML Essential Training, Web Design Fundamentalsand basics of CSS. These three courses are taught by James Williamson, who is a brilliant teacher.

There is, of course, other resources that teach the same basic web development technologies, some free, others paid for. But until you have a good knowledge of HTML and CSS, Dreamweaver will remain a frustrating mystery.

  • Is there a way to open an e-mail from an unknown sender safely to discover who they are

I received an email and the name of the sender is unknown to me. Is there a way course opening so that I can establish its content. Normally, I would just delete but there are special circumstances when it would be useful.

There is no absolutely safe way, but if you DO NOT allow remote content of all shippers, and you do not click on any links, your chances are very good.

Some emails are obviously spam based on the subject. Spam filtering / help to unravel the suspects also.

  • Is there a pan & zoom plugins that allow you to adjust the result

I just use Pinnacle Studio, which allowed more latitude to the Pan and zoom by not limiting the zoom to the lengthening of the time line.

I realize that first pro does not allow this.  Y at - it a plug-in that can give you more options.   Y at - it another free software that can be used as a workaround to make pan and zoom of segment

    None that I know.

But I guess you could create your pan/zoom in the Pinnacle software and output as a MP4 of 1920 x 1080 and then import this video in Premiere Elements to work around the problem.

  • Is there a best practice workflow?

    Hello

I'm new to this first pro Capper.

Is there a best practice for workflows?

One of my challenges, or lack of understanding, is editing the files on the external hard drive. Is this OK to do, it causes problems or is it better to have the files on the iMac, and then when the project is completed transfer batch on the external hard drive?

    Thanks for your help!

PrPro is a little hard on the equipment... it is seizing so many bits & pieces of the time here & there it is reading and/or rendered and all, that it can make points of congestion in the computer processing. Then... a default installation to date has been to have 4 to 6 'internal' on the computer discs, individually or in a stripped hardware RAID 0 and player programs/system/operating system. There are of course many are working on NAS (Network Attached Server) or these other means, with rather... Nice... external hardware.

For external drives, those who are bound by (in order of preference by a throughput) were Thunderbolt, eSATA II, USB3... with up to recently the first two only really able to good use in a situation of reading/record with one exception: for the clips and 1080 and lower exports, USB3 was enough for one of the two one-way uses : media OR exports.

Bill Gehrke ( http://ppbm7.com/index.php/tweakers-page ) and one frequently in forum Hardware ( https://forums.adobe.com/community/premiere/hardware_forum ) has tested a few discs SSD T1 Samsun lately and found capable even on USB3 a sustained flow such that there could be several parts of the workload PrPro on one project and change again very well. In addition, there are some internal readers it is used that have the speed to have whole projects on them... when connected via legal means in the computer. So I would check the Page the Hardware Forum and Tweaker for its latest hardware configurations & reader reviews for work on projects of PrPro.
