• Backup issues after upgrade to iOS10

  Dear users of Apple,

  I updated my iphone 6 more yesterday with iOS 10. Phone works quite well. But I have my phone backup problems. I usually back up my phone with my iTunes Macbook (Via cable and sometimes on wifi). But after the update to iOS 10 it seems that I can't back up my phone more. I don't know the real cause of this problem.

  1. I am not able to save my iPhone via wifi data in iTunes. (Previously it was not the case).

  2. I tried to back up my phone using the cable also. Also, I pressed "Trust" this computer, but I get this error message. Please see below.

  Also, I allowed my computer by disconnecting iTunes and logging back there. And yet I have the same issues.

  "iTunes could not connect to the iPhone because an invalid response was received from the device."

  Does anyone know what this answer is invalid can be?

  Do I have to change the settings in my phone or iTunes?

  Did install you the latest iTunes? iOS 10 requires iTunes 12.5.1.

  I use the latest version of Firefox, and recently I got problems, replying to emails.
  I contacted my ISP, to say this (netzero Message Center) and they said that I might need to download a different browser.
  Are there problems with Firefox that could be the cause, or is the problem with my e-mail program?

  I solved the problem by going back to the classic version of the mail program. I've been answering them.

  From the Mail menu bar, you select

  ▹ Connection Doctor window

  Find the account SMTP (outgoing mail) abandoned in the window that opens. Double-click it. Another window opens, displaying the list of all outgoing mail accounts. We'll pick one unwanted. Make a note of the settings in case you change your mind. Click the sign to remove, and then click OK.

  If there is more than one account, unwanted, repeat.

  after update this morning to 10.1.2 transfer of Apple mail option does not work. If I click on the front, the only thing I see is a new window without address, not want to sent mail. And I'm not able to close this window or type anytjing.

  I have exactly the same problem after updating to 10.11.2. Even when I want to answer an email very regularly, I get the same blank email window and cannot close it. Now, it's very very problematic for my regular work. Any help highly welcomed.

  You don't mention what e-mail program you use. I have Windows Live Mail in sent items, click once on the header message to highlight, then Ctrl + F3 will reveal the source of the message that will show you all the recipients.

  I see that you have found some problems with email on your iPad. You said you tried a fresh install of 9.2.1 this means that you tried to open a mail without any of your information on the iPad after a restore? If so, you may have to contact support for your question:

  If this isn't the case, I would like to as you try to disable all but one of your accounts, successively and tries to open the mail. This should help you to determine if one of your e-mail account is causing this issue:

• Apple mail clears and reloads the messages in the Inbox

  After the upgrade to El Capitan, my Inbox main guard clearing and reload my mail. Sometimes, I can stop the cycle by restarting the mail application, sometimes not.

  I have a big account, 2.2 GB of mail to about messages of ~ 15K. My account is via GoDaddy and I connect via IMAP.

  The post itself is safe and on the server. It is also very well on my iPhone and iPad.

  Any thoughts as to why and how?

  having the same total number of issue.also of mails in the Mail application is different from the webmail. Reconstruction of mailbox, removal for this account mbox file, delete com.apple.mail.plist does not help

  I tried to change my e-mail POP IMAP account. Even if I follow my ISP instructions, it did not. I now have a triangular symbol with an exclamation mark next to the "Inbox". All of my emails that were in the "Inbox" disappeared. Similarly all my emails that were in my "Sent" box disappeared. And I am not receiving emails in "Mail" Although new can be read in my web mail.

  The triangle with an exclamation point means that your this Inbox settings may be incorrect. Your computer is unable to correct for this server; so, it can retrieve or send messages.

  Hi Sherry,

  Contact the technical assistance service from your ISP for help with your account – including the password (which, although I suppose that it is possible (if intentionally the value no password which is incredibly dangerous if they would even which allowed), is incredibly little likely, there isn't - although the installation program can do such that the need to seize every time has been bypassed and this way you apparently).

  If this isn't a problem with your ISP or ISP password, then it probably has something to do with the Exchange Server Setup program.  I'm not sure what exactly that you try to configure - an Exchange Server account, or an account customer to remote Exchange, hosting of your email server.  If the question relates to Exchange Server, please see the forum for assistance: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/category/exchangeserver.

  But the first place to start is your ISP because no matter the issues by e-mail, you need to know or may need to know your password.
