  Hi all

  I was wondering if someone could explain the use cases for "Bug Notification Emails".  I signed up for bug all telepresence product reviews and I get emails wrong.  However, virtually all the bugs I click details I get the following error:

  "Bug that csctr80189 belongs to a project of the excluded."

  For example, the bug above number should do with IE & the page Web of VCS.  However, even after opening a ticket with Cisco, I still can't all details on the bug except that it exists.  In addition, why would this be "excluded" of the population; Looks like a really basic bug to hide.

  Looking at previous discussions on this forum, it seems that bug details are on a 'need to know' basis  Which is fine, but why offer the system in the first place then?

  I'm working on assistance of telepresence for a Distributor and be able to discover quickly that a bug exists without having to call every time that Cisco would be useful.

  I also increased several tickets only to find out a few days later it is now a known bug.  If I had access to 90% of the bugs I could save several days of time for me, Cisco and our customers.

  Is there some kind of email address or a system where I can put a number of bugs and retrieve the details within a reasonable time?

  Here is an update of the latest news:

  1. Bugs will continue to exist in the two old Bug Toolkit & new Bug search tool. The back-end data sync would be on a daily basis for both systems.
  2. Identified problem has now been fixed in upstream systems. CSCtr80189 and other bugs on similar products must therefore visible in the new Bug search tool also now.

  You can turn off the answering machine if you wish. To do this, you need to change the form action URL by adding & SAR = False

  I have two 'facebook' e-mail sitting in my Inbox notifications which, if I try to open them, crash the program... "Windows mail has stopped working... "etc."the search for a solution. " I can't remove them... have disabled notifications of 'facebook '... No 'solution 'windows update' so far.
  Windows Mail seems to break down in general.
  When I open it (it started months ago) 'credential tiles' window is asking me to connect... I just hit 'Cancel' and the message is delivered... Duh? the error message... I just 'hide' that.
  Now, after the 'facebook' screw-up ' mails are not resolved correctly... the header and the images aren't here and rather than opening the ' mail normally, I just have to follow the links and display them in a browser window... It seems to me that the entire program is falling apart and requires a re - install.

  There is no way to reinstall.  Try to compact and repair the database with my Windows Mail utility (www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/).  That should take care of some issues.  If facebook messages always crash WinMail, then its likely that they comply exactly with the standards of the internet and WinMail can't handle them, then in this case save them to the desktop, rename them to give them a mht extension file, and then they will open in Internet Explorer.

  Have you tried this...

  Right-click on the Volume icon in the Notification area > sounds > under program, scroll down until further notice by email, click on it > under sound position, it should be Windows Notify.wav.
  If so, click on test to hear the sound.
  If this is not the case, click on the pointer and scrolling to select. (Stick with Windows Notify.wav if I were you.)
  You can also click Browse and select a different sound. But believe me, the selections of so-called are pitiful.
  Click OK when finished.

  By default, vCenter Server is not configured to send notifications by e-mail. Set the system server account and SMTP sender to receive an email when the store of data use alarm is triggered.

  Email notification is entirely dependent on the preference of the notification of the user. If the preference is MAIL * is to say MAILHTML MAILATTH, MAILTEXT, MAILHTM2, and then send will be sent, other wise if the preference is the QUERY, DISABLED then no e-mail will be sent.   I found the solution...

  Create a custom model notificiation, which involves the following,

  (1) define the events that is done using an XML file

  (2) create a resolver class that implemented oracle.iam.notification.impl.NotificationEventResolver

  (3) create plugin.xml

  Now in the resolver class, even if we include the password as a security attribute, the value be appear not in the body of the e-mail once received. Therefore, use SQL query to retrieve the encrypted table USR password and decrypt and add Notificationdata that will be returned by the getReplacedData() method.
