Issue starting oraclediagent console weblogic - ODI Webservice

Hello
We have an obligation to publish the ODI scenrio as Web service so that other applications can initiate the ODI scenario. We do not have a good expert to ODI we have searched the Web and went through all the documents and articles to understand how to implement this. We found the Public Web Service will be contributes to the execution of a Web service scenario. We have made steps below:

1 > installed WebLogic
2 > ODI installed with the developer component, autonomous Agent and Java J2EE (which contains the Public Web Service)
3 > installation ODI creating new agent, has provided details of repository SUPERVISOR, MASTER and WORK. Installation is completed successfully and able to connect to the repo by using the ODI client.
4 > started the weblogic server. In deployed applications, "oraclediagent" State is shown as being down. I tried to start from console, but get error below.

+ weblogic.application.ModuleException: [HTTP:101216] Servlet: 'AgentServlet' failed by preloading at startup in a Web application: "oraclediagent." ODI-1400: Agent OracleDIAgent start failure: JDBC connection error occurs when connecting to the master repository. ODI-1545: missing credentials supervisor odi credential store a map [oracle.odi.credmap] with [SUPERVISOR] key. to oracle.odi.runtime.agent.support.JPSCredentialProvider.getCredential(JPSCredentialProvider.java:48) to oracle.odi.runtime.agent.CompositeCrendentialProvider.getCredential(CompositeCrendentialProvider.java:48) to oracle.odi.runtime.agent.servlet.AgentServlet.startup(AgentServlet.java:323) to oracle.odi.runtime.agent.servlet.AgentServlet.init(AgentServlet.java:239) to javax.servlet.GenericServlet.init(GenericServlet.java:241) to +.

This error made it clear that it is the lack of credentials. We checked the datasources of the master and work repositore that are correct but do not know how to upgrade the credentials of SUPERVISOR.

Can someone help me please in the resolution of this error. I'll correct way to achieve my requirement? If not, please guide me through correct path :)

Thanks in advance.

  • If I configure the weblogic using staticport.ini, do I need to use it when I start nodemanager and weblogic.

    If I configure the weblogic using staticport.ini, do I need to use it when I start nodemanager and weblogic. If so, what would the command.

    Hello

    As far as I know, you only use this file during installation only. Then the values of ports configured in the file will be used by the Setup program to configure port appropriate for each component values. These port values would be stored in the files of each component configuration, so ultimately, you won't need to staticport.ini after a successful installation.

  • Run the event at the start of the Weblogic Server

    Hi all

    I want to run some events at the start of the weblogic server.

    What the version u use?

    One way is

    ServletContextListener

    A better way to implement a class of application startup is to use the servlet context listener. He listens to the start and stop application events by implementing the methods contextInitialized() and contextDestroyed(). You can configure the listener in your web.xml () file, or even use the @WebServletContextListener annotation.

    / public class StartupListener implements javax.servlet.ServletContextListener {}

    ....

    {} public void contextInitialized (dry ServletContextEvent)

    ....

    }

    {} public void contextDestroyed (dry ServletContextEvent)

    ....

    }

    }

    Downside again; There is a context per "web application" per Java Virtual Machine. You would then have to manage cluster problems yourself. But positive on this subject is that you don't have to worry about that whether the external call, as this could occur with startup servlets. But it is portable and can be used on any Java EE server.

    If you use version 12. You can use

    Another way to use ApplicationListener. You can 4 event to capture it...

  • Satellite A350: Error Messages at startup when start Toshiba Console

    We just bought a new A350. I installed Comodo during a Windows Update.
    Cannot complete installation of Comodo, but makes the update of Windows. We were initially three problems;

    1 loses internet connectivity, but not LAN. This has been resolved by installing the Comodo.
    2 getting started the following message appears "Cannot find file C:\Program Toshiba Toshiba Console\TOSHealthLocalS.vbs management script"
    3. when I run Toshiba Management Console, the following message box shows:

    C:\Program Toshiba Toshiba Console\TOSMgmt.exe management
    The specified path does not exist.

    Check the path and then try again

    I checked the path and this component does not seem to be responsible.

    Does anyone have a solution for this?

    Hello

    It looks like the software Toshiba Console does not work properly due to instillation of the Comodo
    I put t know exactly what is happening, but I think something was confusing to the top

    I think that the Toshiba Console should be installed again but to be honest I didn t find on the European driver Toshiba page!

  • Is there a stand-alone client to start remote consoles?

    Hello

    currently I am struggling to navigate through all of the GUIs to launch HTTP console remotely on servers I want. I see it's java-based app that downloads automatically when I click to start the remote console.

    But I was wondering if there was a tool that would allow me to directly launch onoly consoles without the need to go to ISU, HTTP etc. ? This would save a lot by clicking on. I know that IBM has a free stand-alone java client which makes life really much easier to start the remote console and switch between the blades. Is there anything like this available for DELL servers?

    Tried running this jnlp but it fails with access denied without even asking for credentials... so I assumed it is only use unique applet?

    Thanks for the tips and suggestions

    I know this is an old thread, but if someone were to happen on it and see the answer previously suggested they would assume that it's impossible, but from iDRAC7 (gen 12 PowerEdge or later), you can connect to the remote console using VNC.

    Document access to remote desktop using VNC on Dell PowerEdge servers from Dell here.

    Thank you

    OK, try this:

    'Set the InitialCapacity from the DataSource to 0 (zero) so that weblogic will not try to create any object of JDBC connection initially towards up so time like this that we can avoid the connection failed to create the conditions and prevent any movement of our State of the ADMIN server'

  • Compaq SR1010Z is going to start Recovery console

    I have a Presario SR1010z that tries to start the recovery console, when it is started. During the startup of the computer to the top a screen will appear with the recovery console on windows XP on the bottom line and top line. If you do nothing, the computer will go to the recovery console. If you highlight the line of windows XP, then windows starts. Why is happening. Is not happened before we had a power failure.

    Hello

    If the Recovery Console rises automatically each time, then chances are, that there is some problem with Windows. You can try with the following solution for the same.

    Method 1

    Use this method if you have completed the second installation of Windows XP after that you started from version Windows XP OEM of the CD. You can log on to the new installation, and then configure the computer to restart the original installation. To do this, follow these steps:

    1. Click Start, point to settingsand then click Control Panel.
    2. Double-click System.
    3. Click the Advanced tab, and then click settings under Startup and recovery.
    4. In the default operating system list, click to select the second operating system that appears in the list.

      Important Realize that this operating system can have the same name as the selected operating system.

    5. Click OK twice, and then restart the computer.

    Method 2

    1. Select the Recovery Console and let it finish.

    Good luck.

  • How to change the HTTPS Console Weblogic admin port

    Hello

    I want to change my HTTPS Console port which was default port 7799 to other ports and also weblogic admin port 7101 to another port.
    How we change that. Thank you

    Thank you
    Sachin Bhadauria

    you need to change the powers of oversight for the EMGC_GCDomain reflect the new administration server port.
    Go to the target-> Middleware-> EMGC_Domain
    Select Configuration of the target-> supervision of the identification information in the drop farm
    Change the Port field
    Return to the menu drop-down firm and select Refresh WebLogic Domain-> Add targets to update
    The objectives of OHS and Server Admin should now appear in the console. I checked on my test site.
