Issue Z30 Z30 WiFi BlackBerrys - not connecting not so that Q10

I recently upgraded from the Q10 to a new Z30. When using my home WiFi on my Z30 it stopped connecting. Attempted to re-enter password and it will fail to authenticate. Tried to remove and re - enter password on Q10 and worked well.

Please note that my Z30 works very well on my wi - fi work that differs only in the enterprise WPA vs WPA2 Personal (home).

Any suggestions? This is a recent change. Everything was fine last week but now I can't it connect. Tried two Wi - Fi networks domestic so far and both fail to connect on Z30... but Q10 is very good with the same password and settings.

OS 10.2.1.3175 / SR 10.2.1.2941
Z30 STA 100-5

I think I solved this problem...

(Short story) I had recently at a Horton and had attempted to use their Wi - Fi network that has helped turn the Wi - Fi option ' prompt when recorded "hot spot" is nearby.

I disabled this option under Wi - Fi advanced parameters and my Z30 is now able to connect back to my saved Wi - Fi networks previously.

Must certainly be fixed (hopefully before 10.3.1 this fall)

Hope this has helped

  • WiFi is not connecting

I have a mini end of 2014. When I went to use it yesterday for the first time in a few days, the wifi was not connected. When I tried to connect, it says it can't connect to my router and you want to run diagnostics, she did, but went to the writing of the file when finished. I deleted the network in the network settings. In the wifi connect icon he registered the network with a signal strong. Asked the password when I tried to connect, then he said he could not connect and you want to run diagnostics. Other devices use the same router wired and wireless, so I doubt that it is the router. The signal is fine, the computer is in a loft with router down under and it is no problem to this place for years. I restarted with hardware diagnostics and he couldn't find anything. Any ideas? I can do almost anything with the generated report? I don't see anything in Apple help to know what to do with it.

You can turn off and on the router?

Yo there an error like incorrect password?

My pro iPad connects to the WIFI, but loses connectivity to drops in use.  My other IOS devices (iPhone, macbook, etc.) do not have this problem.  Ideas to solve?

    Hello BrooklynWM!

I definitely want my iPad to stay connected to the Wi - Fi connection while I use it.  Thanks for posting that other iOS and OS X devices have no problem with the connectivity dropping.  We can try a few things.

Would first go through the steps listed in this article: If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch connects to a Wi-Fi - Apple Support Network

Then if it does not help, you can check network settings with this: recommended for the WiFi routers and access - points Apple supported

After trying those, if you still see the drop connectivity, make sure the iPad Pro is updated with iOS 9.3.2 and check to see if the connection when you are in a certain place, time, or one event happening elsewhere in the House.

    Best regards.

    New Aspire E11, Windows 8.1

    Help, please.

Here is how I fixed it:

Go to control panel > network and Internet > network sharing Center

Click on "Change adapter settings" in the left pane.

Right click on your map. Select "Properties".

There will be a box titled "this connection uses the following items."

Uncheck anything that looks like it was installed by a third party (AVG, Avast, ZoneAlarm). In my case, the culprit was 'HTC NDIS Protocol Driver", who was installed by the software of my phone (HTC). Because it's not obvious what to uncheck, here is what I currently have checked in my system of work which should not cause a problem:

    KEEP THESE CHECKED:

    Client for Microsoft networks
    QoS Packet Scheduler
    File and Printer Sharing
    IP v6
    Internet Protocol v4
Driver Link-Layer Topology Discovery map IO
    Link-Layer Topology Discovery recall

    Uncheck everything else.

Go to network and sharing, disable and re-enable the adapter.

  • Can't connect to WiFi, do not request password

    Background:

I have just arrived at my parents for a 2 week stay at the course and I'm trying to access their WiFi. At first, it was fine, that my two computers acceding WiFi (Alienware with Windows 8.1) and Toshiba again with Windows 8.1. Yesterday (after 5 days of no worries of access), the Alienware wouldn't connect and no more than my mom's computer. So I replaced the modem with a newer LinkSys modem and to set up a wired connection. It is all set up. Computer of my mother to return on the internet but the Alienware can access only a wired connection and Toshiba recall has not wired port has no access.

If I click on the Linksys WiFi network, it tries to connect but do not have the password. If I try to access the neighbor's WiFi it asks password.

That's what happened on the old modem until I changed it to the wire. The Alienware wouldn't access their modem (named David) and now will not access the Linksys modem (which was a modem I used for about a year). Nothing has changed except passwords.

I tried to reset and restart the modem.

I tried to turn on my computer, shut off again.

How is it that computer Windows 7 of MOM can access the wireless, but none of my computers Windows 8 may?

I fixed it-I have been made a click right on the settings for modems and clicked on "Forget this network" and then reconnected. Sweet! Fact! Fixed. Solved.

  • Unable to connect to wireless network - WiFi is not available

    Hello

The usual problem I have is that I can see the wireless adapter but when I go to connect it tells me that the adapter is not available and to update the list.

I also - when I can connect - the connection drop after a period of time.

    Any help please

    PS I uninstalled free config

    Hello

As much as I know ConfigFree has no influence on the WLAN functionality because this utility is created for monitoring and not for configuration. When you want to use the WLAN connection do not forget that the wireless network adapter is correctly activated. If the connection is untied time trying to WLAN driver update.

Is there someone who could help me with this issue?

    Hello!

That you say with the WiFi does not work?
Can you connect to the router?
The WLAN card is recognized in Device Manager?

To solve this problem make sure that you have the latest version of the BIOS. Check on the Toshiba site.

Also disable features of security as a hidden SSID, MAC address filtering and so far away.
Check if an update of the firmware on your router available.

  • HP 15 laptop: wifi does not work windows 8.1

I have Windows installed pro 8.1. I was using wifi on this laptop, it worked fine. However, recently, I see that the Wifi does not work although he shows me the SSID of my network I used to use and also the SSID of the networks of neighbors. (It means that the wifi on laptop chip is capable of scanning the wifi signals and so it works). The same router from which all other Mobile tablets, my home laptop work are able to connect to the wifi network. Only on this laptop I am facing this problem. What may be a solution or what I should try. I tried the steps listed here http://www.fixedbyvonnie.com/2013/10/how-to-fix-limited-or-no-connectivity-wi-fi-issues-in-windows-8...

Although I have not changed the default settings only steps above on blog, I tried to solve the problem. However, it did not work. Also keys function + F12 on laptop has no effect. The light on the F12 key is always on. However, it is possible to toggle the wifi in the bar of Windows 8.1 charms.

    What should I check?

I bought an external USB wifi device that solved the problem.  The card wifi on laptop works well, but for some unknown reason, he is not able to connect to home wifi router. http://www.snapdeal.com/product/leoxsys-150-Mbps-Nano-WiFi/1179610?utm_source=earth_feed&utm_campaign=TopPerformersPLAScaling3000&utm_medium=CPC&utm_content=1179610&utm_term=, & campaignid = 350311165 & 28373951005 = adgroupid & adposition = 1o1 & network = g & device = c & targetid = pla-55251503741
