Issues of recovery of deleted data shift

I accidentally shift deleted all the files in my download directory at the same time.  I worked on them to return immediately, following all the rules I've seen here.

I tried a few different free recovery software.  All of them give me the same short list of files, even if a huge amount of files have been deleted from this directory.

Because the companies that make the recovery utilities want to earn money, they put a limit and only allow you to recover about 1 GB of what you have lost.  Is that mean that they only show you 1 GB, too?  That's why I can't see my files much, much that should have been recovered?  I'm not going to pay a price for the product until I know it can recover these files but apparently, I don't see them until I buy the product?  Is this good?  That's why all these programs do not work?

Also, another thing I need is a list of these files, it returns.  On nearly 100% of the files, it says they are in too bad shape for me to recover.  So, I need to be able to send that list, this worksheet to a printer, or copy of the Excel spreadsheet, etc. - one that lists all the names and details, name, size, type, last modifield, etc..  I need to be able to send this spreadsheet to a printer.  I tried with one of the applications (PowerData?) and he took the time and said he was sending something to a text file, but it was not what I was looking for - what has emerged is a file .ini for something.  I do not see where, in one of these software applications, I can print just a list of files that were rescued from this directory.

Hello

You can get more information in the Recuva and another recovery program forums.

I hope this helps.

  • FAT32, exFAT, NTFS, which is the best for the recovery of deleted data?

    I have a usb 3.0 port (Kingston 100 3 16 GB) to store my important data. I read the article on this site: http://www.ntfs.com/ntfs_vs_fat.htm

    and they say recoverablitity of exFAT is "Yes if FAT active." I don't know what FAT and how to activate it, and what type of file system should I use (FAT, exFAT, NTFS) for the highest ability of data recovery if they are deleted?

    Hello

    Thanks for posting your query on the Microsoft Community.

    According to the description of problem, you're ready to recover the deleted data and would like to know some information about the FAT.

    A transaction-safe FAT (FAT) file system is a file system designed specifically to ensure the security of transactions for data stored on a disk. FAT requires a driver of specific hardware designed for the type of media on which the volume of FAT will exist. Assuming that there is a driver of material-specific secure transaction block, and that the driver provides interfaces to standard FAT file system, the FAT may work on removable media such as Compact Flash cards and digital cards secured, as well as media not removable, such as hard drives and NAND Flash memories.

    By design, the FAT file system is not a secured file transaction system. FATF may be corrupted if a write operation is interrupted in the middle of a transaction. Interruptions to occur due to loss of power or the suppression of the media. Fat is corrupted when the content of the FAT table does not have directory sections or data on the volume.

  • How can I remove an account from a computer profile without deleting data?

    Hello! I want to delete mozilla of a computer and delete my account profile so that all my data on this computer is removed. But I use the same profile in mozilla on a different computer and I do not know if my profile will retain the data stored on this computer after it is deleted in the other. Can you please clarify this issue for me. Thank you!

    Best,
    Vanya

    If you want to remove your personal data on a reliable computer, then you will need to perform a secure erase to erase the data on the hard drive.
    Otherwise Windows will mark only data as being deleted.

    It is best to disconnect from Sync before you delete data on a computer to prevent other computers from getting affected.

    You can use the Profile Manager to delete a profile.

  • HP G60: All DELETED data. HELP ASAP!

    Hi, so my laptop power had been accidentally extinguished several times, and when I turned it back he had a list of options from HP and I chose the SYETEM RECOVERY. And so he asked me to backup all my data and of course, that's what I was doing. Now, after the digitization of all my files it asked me where I wanted to put away and I had the choice of a CD or removable drive. But I think that the removable disk did not of enough space for the files and I have had no blank CD. Anyway, I clicked on cancel and he asked me if I wanted to continue so I said yes? I have no idea why. Then he continued without him asking where I keep my data. Then, he has started COMPLETELY new and asked me to register and what not. Subsequently, it took me to my office, and ALL was missing! So my question is how can I restore my files, because it is very important for me to do! Thank you!

    Hi @akhan9pink,

    Welcome to the HP Forums!

    It's a great place to find answers and information!

    You have the best experience in the HP forum, I would like to draw your attention to the Guide of the HP Forums.

    I understand that while recovery, you have cancelled the option to make a backup, as you don't have a big enough USB key or CD.

    When you have selected the option to save your data and collected information, you were then invited to record.

    When you chose to cancel it asks if you want to cancel the backup and you chose the Yes.  He then asked if you wanted to continue as the recovery process deletes all your personal data. When you choose Yes to continue it in the process of recovery which is to format and reinstall the original software and the drivers.  Reformatting deletes all the data to give you a fresh clean start.

    If you have not already made a backup, then the only option to recover your data would be data recovery.

    You can do a search on the web for some free options, or be represented by a data recovery data recovery provider.

  • I'm unable to reclaim space after deleting data files.

    Dear all.

    I'm unable to reclaim space after deleting data files.

    Scenario:

    One of my mount point has reached full growth of undotablespace (undotbs2), so I spent again (undotbs3) and deleted the old.

    Failed to retrieve space after removing the undotbs2.

    DROP TABLESPACE UNDOTBS2 INCLUDING CONTENT AND DATA FILES;

    Only solution is umount the point of editing or the db bounce. It is because of 'SEMAPHORE '.

    Semaphores are sharable resources who take a non-negative integer value. They are manipulted by the P (waiting) and V (signal) functions that decrement and increment the semaphore, respectively. When a process needs a resource, a "waiting" is issued and the semaphore is decremented. When the semaphore contains a value of zero, the resources are not available and the calling process turns or blocks (if applicable) until resources are available. When a process opens a resource controlled by a semaphore, it increments the semaphore and the waiting process are advised.

  • incomplete recovery of a data file.

    I'm performing incomplete recovery of a data file that uses the following scenario.
    SQL > select * v log$;
    shows current journal seq is 10;

    I perform dml as follows:
    SQL > update hr.emp set salary = 1000;
    SQL > commit;

    Now, I've deleted log archiving with sequence # 9 alongwith users.dbf datafile.
    Now to perform an incomplete recovery of the datafile, users.dbf. I followed the following steps.
    RMAN > the judgment;
    RMAN > bootable media.
    RMAN > run
    {
    until the sequence 9;
    restore data file 4;
    recover datafile 4;
    }
    RMAN > alter database open;
    Now, when I ask about hr. EMP, it shows the updated lines, i.e., salary column has been updated with 1000;
    I want to know that after the incomplete rcovrry until the seq, what other newspapers is applied. My example shows that this newspaper seq 10 has also been applied. Pls help me to improve my understanding.
    I can't understand the reason to get updated when the incomplete recovery lines.

    Hello.

    You cannot perform incomplete recovery of a single data file. After recovery, before opening the database, all SNA must be synchronized between controlfiles, redo logs and data files. A single data file must be restored and recovered to the last SCN for the database to open. If you want / need to do incomplete recovery, always restore ALL data files, recover their until the desired point in time and then open the database with resetlogs synchronize all data with controlfiles and redo logs files.

    In your case, you have made a complete recovery of the data file. Very probably data repeat still available in the online redo logs were used to recover the data at the last CSS file (since you said that you have removed the archiving log - which, incidentally, makes your online backup no need for a full recovery, after the redo logs switch line and crushes with sequence #9 redo log and beyond).

    When experimented with incomplete recovery, until the RCS or at least up to the time, it allows you to specify the point in time recovery with much more accurately and without guessing, what happened in whatever sequence of journal. You must manually remove the files of data or archivelog files before playing with incomplete/complete recovery. In fact, it is a good practice not to delete the database of linked files: o)
