  Method 1:
  Let's first virus scan run using the Microsoft Safety Scanner to make sure that the computer is virus-free.

  I already posted this Question under Security, issues of privacy and also accounts, but it seems that the error also happens with IE explore 11. The error comes back constantly, but more often in the browser.

  Entitled RunDll error: there was a problem starting C:\Users\X the specified Module could not be found. Well that begins my account on my computer Win 7 Ultimate I get constantly interrupted with the following error, having appeared on the screen.

  RunDll error (X) there is a problem from C:\Users\ "X" the specified Module could not be found.

  I saw the file tree and (newly) noticed that there are a number of directories that show a locked state.

  I tried then access these locked directories showing locked and have encountered the error

  C:\Users\ (X) 'X' is not accessible, access is denied.

  The Internet Explorer cannot be uninstalled. However you can disable/enable what works as the resettlement.

  I have a Toshiba laptop with Windows 7 Home.  For the last nine months, whenever I have start or open after a "sleep mode", I get a message that I would like to know what it is and a way to correct and eliminate the problem.    The message is this:

  The specified Module could not be found.

  I was looking around for a while after I posted here and further in the use of NI4882 manual, page 4-4, I found this:

  «To bring an application in an environment 64-bit requires the application to migrate the NI4882 API and be recompiled.»

  So I'm ditching the gpib - 32.dll (vbib - 32 & niglobal) and currently I am using NI4882.dll and restructuring of my project.

  Please try this and report results:

  1. Click Start, point to settingsand then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click System, click the hardware tab and then click Device Manager.
  3. Double-click mice and other pointing devices branch to expand it.
  4. Right-click the IntelliMouse pointing device, and then click Properties.

     The IntelliMouse pointing device should be listed as follows:

     Microsoft USB IntelliMouse explore (IntelliPoint)
  5. Click to update the driver.
  6. Click Next in the Wizard update device driver dialog box.
  7. Click display a list of drivers that are known... , and then click Next.
  8. Select the Microsoft mouse driver that ends with (IntelliPoint), and then click Next.
  9. Click Next to confirm that you have selected the right driver.
  10. Click Finish to complete the installation of the new driver
