I used to do that through the HP Solution Center, but this doesn't seem to work. His charges and must charge bar but just Flash when you click it. I ran all online and diagnostics Windows, uninstalled and reinstalled on HP website and downloaded new drivers. It still does not work. Windows tells me that all drivers are up-to-date.
